We spent three wonderful nights in the Sant Jaume hotel. I've never come across such friendly staff. They will go above and beyond to help you. For us, Daniel, who is part of the reception team, was outstanding. He's charismatic, funny, so polite, and extremely helpful. The location is superb, and the food there is so tasty. My only suggestion would be an espresso machine in the bedroom! Other than that, there is nothing to complain about with this hotel. We shall return. 👍

The attention to detail, service and customer care of hotel Gloria is absolutely exceptional. encountered a trouble with a door that was difficult to open in an apartment 100m from the hotel. The staff supported me to solve the issue swiftly and attentively, even if I'm not a guest at the hotel. I haven't experienced any service on this level before. They are truly the best of the best. If you are looking for impeccable service and attention to details this is the hotel to visit without a doubt. I give them my highest recommendations.

We are just back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. The stay could not have been better. The hotel has real character with the building dating from 1874. The renovation was to the highest standard retaining much of the original character. The room was very spacious, immaculately clean and benefited from nice touches such as a sun hat, magazines etc The staff made us very welcome right from our arrival. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and booked two of them for us along with taxi’s. The restaurants were first class. The hotel location is excellent, set back from the city centre in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the key attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff.

Nice little hotel in central Palma. Good service, nice rooms and prices not too bad. Breakfast was good and beds was very nice. Very nice that you can book the pool for a private session with your friends. They forgot to clean our room one day, but after some fighting with the reception they managed to fix this during the evening. Could have been handled better by the staff but all in all I would go back to Mhouse hotel again!

I booked this Hotel through Jet2holidays. About 10 days before our trip, Jet2 emailed me to tell me that the swimming pool would not be available during our stay. I immediately emailed the Hotel to confirm that the sunbathing are and sunbeds would definitely be open and available during our three night stay. I received an email to say, yes of course they will be open, and only the pool will be shut. On Tuesday 8th May I collected a pool towel from Reception and was told to make my way up to the pool area. When I got to the 6th Floor, I was told the whole area was shut! The reason I booked this Hotel was because it had an outside sunbathing area. If they had told me when I emailed them that this was closed, I would have taken up Jet2's offer to move us. Our bed was probably the most uncomfortable Hotel bed I have ever slept in. It must of been the cheapest they could buy. If the management ever come to the UK, I hope they try a Premier Inn bed for half the price and 100% better. Another slight ****** is that on arrival you are asked to pay an extra 18 Euro Tax. Why isn't this stated in the advance information. There is absolutely no information whatsoever in the room about anything. How the TV works, times of breakfast, where to go, local restaurants etc., If you ask at the Reception they will give you a sheet with some restaurant recommendations. I have stayed in a Melia Hotel before and this was substandard. A free drink and use of the indoor pool doesn't cut it when you are looking forward to a few hours in the sunshine.

The hotel itsself is beautiful, lovely decor and rooms. Immaculately clean and cleaners do a good job. The hotels location is about 10/15 minute walk to the cathedral however the surrounding area of the premise can only be described as sketchy? This may be due to the time of year and not many tourists around. A few negatives which contributed to the 3* review - We had a room which overlooked the road and cafes. We woke multiple times a night from the reception door opening/closing beneath us and also the late night sports bar situated two doors down. It was open till the small hours of the morning with drunks screaming and on one occasion fighting outside. This isnt the hotels fault of course but perhaps better sound proofing is required. The shower pressure wasnt that powerful either but unsure if that can be improved.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. Very friendly staff and nice accommodation for a quick couple nights in Palma. 24h Checkin was easy, and the taxi from the airport was super friendly and great price. Checkout was fast and they were able to put us in the same room for two consecutive nights even though we had had to make two separate reservations.
