Hotel Palma De Mallorca dengan Spa

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero la línea 4 de autobús te lleva hasta allí. El personal de recepción es súper amable y simpático, te ayudan o proporcionan la información que necesitas, es lo mejor del hotel. Puedes tener una plancha de ropa dejando una fianza de 20 e que te devuelven el día de salida. Las habitaciones están bastante viejas y huelen como a rancio mezclado con humedad. En el baño hace bastante frío ya que tiene una rendija abierta que da directamente a la calle y no se puede cerra ni tapar. Es una pena porque las habitaciones tienen mucho potencial si se les hiciese una pequeña reforma. Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel son maravillosas al puerto.

We stayed as a couple in this beautiful palace in a very convenient spot in Palma, a short stroll from everything. I literally cannot find a single fault with this amazing small boutique hotel. A massive thank you to all the staff but especially Nadia , the service is above and beyond . We arrived by hire car and a staff member drove our car away to be parked securely. After welcome drink of Cava we were shown to our beautiful room. The rooms are of very high quality with every possible accessory, massive showers, thick towels, comfy beds… you name it, it’s a struggle to leave the luxury to discover the wonderful city that Palma is. We’ve found our go to spot to stay now, and would advise anyone considering to, just book it, you will not be disappointed.

This hotel is excellent. I have extremely high standards, but my standards were met. We had a balcony room on floor 6. It was very well equipped. For British people there is not a kettle so you may like to bring one. I only drink water, so no issue for me. The fridge was stocked daily with 2 cokes, two beers, two stills water and two sparkling. I must comment on the housekeeping service. This was excellent, and I’m only sad I didn’t have any cash to tip at the end, as they work very, very hard, leave the rooms in excellent condition and are friendly along with it. The rooms have plenty of room, hanging space, drawers, lots of plug sockets, but no USB, so you will need a plug. Hairdryer was of a great standard. The rooms are designed to be able to keep clean easily. I appreciate that. I couldn’t get along with the balcony door locking, but convinced myself at floor 6 it was fine, but do check when you go in the room. Just a tip for the balconies. The dividers are frosted glass, which means as the sun rotates you can see the shadows of your neighbours, and what they’re doing. If you are planning to do something on your balcony that you wouldn’t want others to see, please do not do it. There are children in the hotel, and people live in the apartments across from you. Breakfast is plentiful, but I agree with other reviewers it was always cold. The hot food needs some other form of warming for the food. The current system is not fit for purpose. The rooftop bar is beautiful, and everywhere is so clean. The sun beds on the roof are comfortable, and I could happily stay up there all day. Location is perfect. Right in the centre and ten minutes walk to most places you’d want to visit. The airport bus A1 took about 15 minutes, was 5 euros each at time of writing, and a short walk from the bus brought us to the hotel. We took a taxi on the way back that was approximately 20 euros. Palma is a beautiful city, exceptionally clean and well looked after. The ambience in the hotel is great, the art work is fabulous. I would definitely stay here again next time we come to Palma.

This was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax. The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think. We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely amazing staff at this hotel. I stayed here last week for 4 night and 5 days with some friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. From the Reception staff, to the room cleaners, the waiters they were all so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing and when we ate in the restaurant that was gorgeous too. There was a singer on one night on the terrace which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout outs to a blonde haired lady in Reception who was especially helpful and one waiter ( a lovely man with a shaved head) in particularly who kept our table for us when we went to get sorted in our rooms when the singer was on. (Thursday 25th July.) Really central to access everywhere and added bonus of the Artwork. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.. Lisa, Anna, Jo and Linds.

Beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool area well looked after by the staff, with amazing views over the marina. Efficient friendly staff everywhere and comfortable rooms are cleaned to perfection daily. Complimentary water left in your room every day. Although a good (but beautiful) walk into the town, around 25 minutes, would choose to stay here again all round and get taxis here and there (around 7 euro). Some lovely restaurants overlooking the marina at the front of the hotel, and a great bar Kenzo just outside, and a few also at the back of the hotel, special mention to Joe’s bistro whose food is the best! A perfect stay in Palma! ❤️

This hotel is wonderful. Every single member of staff is a delight and they will do backflips to make you happy. They make you feel like you are staying with old friends who are happy to see you and make sure you have what you need. The location is easy walking to the sites of Palma and it’s in a lovely small street that is just charming. The food served at breakfast is fresh and delicious and their gin and tonics always hit the spot. I simply can not properly express what a delightful stay we had. Absolutely recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely superb... Staff really helpful and friendly, immaculately clean, and wonderful restaurant and bar. They were fully booked, so we couldn't keep our room, but we had the day out exploring and the hotel had a lovely free changing/shower room to freshen up before our flight. Lovely Rituals toiletries... Thank you all.
