The hotel is ok, front desk is quite good at services just I feel they’re too hesitated to the guest that is not follow the rules such as parking lot someone is selfish to park two slots for one car .. but they(employees) don’t want to talk to the guest just smile to me

If you dont have to wait 35 minutes for your room to be ready. If there was a comfortable chair in the room instead of two straight backed ones. If the golf cart wasn’t out of order after dinner to take you back to your room 100 meters away. If the cushions for the lounges at the pool were available instead of having to lie on hard wood. Very hard wood. The cushions and pillows were stacked up and wrapped in plastic covering even though it was a sunny day. All day. If the food was more than just OK at the pool side restaurant. The power failure was not the fault of the hotel but it’s still a long way down from floor 8. If the fifth floor rooftop bar that is listed actually was open. If the massage was actually available as listed. Overall this is a nice enough place but it just needs to address some of these minor issues that perhaps individually are not important but that cumulatively add up to a sometimes frustrating stay.

Started with the reservation, staff very helpful to complete my booking and other requirement. The room was clean and very comfortable, also well maintenance as well as good Wifi. The topnotch for this hotel would be a quiet, peaceful and beautiful river view that you can be enjoyed from balcony. Breakfast can choose one from three with a la carte menu and some snack on buffet line. The convenient location as not far from tourist attraction.

When I was about to check out, I heard the commotion right outside my room which was on the third floor. When I opened the door, I saw the minor flood over the hallway, caused by the leaking, hanging, pipe. Among a few staffs actively taking care of the flood, a lady turned to me and said ”Please be very careful” so many times with soft, but concerned, voice. What impressed me the most is when she saw that I used the walking stick, she grabbed my arm and helped support me all the way to the elevator. I could tell that she has a genuine heart; very caring and attentive, and I found out later that she is the owner of the hotel, who came to take care of the leaking issue. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you once again to the management and the staff of the hotel, and hope that the leaking problem has been fixed. In addition, I would like to make a note about the breakfast. I love the taste and the idea of bringing local food and dessert to the table. However, if some of the dishes, such as pork noodle and boiled rice, had been served hot, taste would be perfect.

เป็นคนขับรถตู้จากกรุงเทพ..พอดีลูกค้าเหมาไปดูงานที่จันทบุรีและตราด, ก่อนอื่นต้องขอบคุณลูกค้าที่ดูแลคนขับเป็นอย่างดี เป็นกันเองมากๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นที่อยู่ที่กิน จัดให้เหมือนกันหมด! จนต้องแอบเกรงใจลูกค้าเลย..ที่พักที่Blue Rabbit เหมือนกัน ลูกค้าก็จองให้คนขับนอนเช่นเดียวกันกับลูกค้าเลย(แต่คนละห้องกัน) โรงแรมนี่ห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก และที่ตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากในเมืองมาก และไม่วุ่นวาย, แต่จัดสรรและตกแต่งห้องได้สวนงามและมีพื้นที่ใช้งานได้จริงแบบลงตัวมาก..ล็อบบี้,ทางเดิน,ลิฟต์,ห้องอาหารและรวมถึงลานจอดรถ สะดวกสบายไปทุกมุม.. ที่สำคัญอาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายรายการให้ทานและรสชาติอร่อยทุกอย่างเลย! ส่วนด้านการบริการ แผนกต้อนรับสุภาพ และน้องที่ดูแลในโรงอาหารด้วย, นี่ไม่โรงแรม3ดาวในเรื่องคุณภาพ ให้5ดาวครับ, แต่ราคาแค่3ดาว, ขอแนะนำที่นี่ครับ ถ้าใครมีโอกาสได้ไปจันทบุรี..

Excellent resort. My wife and I rented a deluxe room for the king size bed for several nights while visiting, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Right by the beach, they have many units privately tucked away, and our “house” came with a cozy porch that we used to soak up the sun and get some fresh air. Beachside hideaway. There’s a pool and bar and even the theme is very cool, you can swim in it. Delicious breakfast, and top notch attentive staff - we called front desk for help with our bags and the guy was in front on a golf cart in seconds. Even from the beginning the GM Pom helped arrange for transportation from Bangkok and answered every question we had. Thank you and your world class team.

We stayed 1 night while on our way to Koh Chang. The location of the hotel (a rundown soi at this moment) does not suggest a ”Boutique” experience, but in fact it was a nice overnight stay. Very friendly staff at reception. We took a room with river-view and balcony. Room was very spacious and all facilities in good working order: enough power-outlets, bedside lights, excellent rainshower. Only thing not working properly was the (small) fridge. there is a nice new promenade that runs alongside the river (accessible from the nice hotel garden), but if you follow it in the direction of the bridge (city-center) it's a dead-end and you need to exit by going back to the hotel or cross a building site. Other side of the bridge is a busy nigh-market with lots of food-stalls, but I recommend the Japanese restaurant on the right side of the road just before you cross the bridge (around the corner of the Robinson Shopping Cr). Excellent japanese food and just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast (buffet) at the hotel can be taken in the garden. All in all a good deal.

เราจองห้องเชื่อมกับสระว่ายน้ำไป ได้ห้อง B101 ฝั่งที่ไม่ติดถนน ข้อดี - ห้องพักสะอาด สูงโปร่ง มีพัดลมด้วย -ลงสระน้ำได้เลย -มีบริการเสริฟอาหารเช้าให้ที่ห้อง เพราะเรากลับจากลงเขาถึงโรงแรม 10โมงนิดๆ ซึ่งห้องอาหารเช้าปิดเเล้ว น้องพนักงานเลยเสริฟให้ที่ห้อง - อาหารเช้าอร่อยยมาก ขอข้าวสวยเพิ่ม1จาน ไปเลยค่ะ อิ่มจุกๆ -โรงแรมปลอดบุรี (แต่มีจัดโซนสูบบุรี่ไว้ให้) -ทำเลดี ขับออกมานิดหน่อย ที่จอดรถเยอะมาก -ลุงคนสวนน่ารักมากค่ะ พร้อมช่วยเหลือ ร่วมถึงพนักงานฟร้อนทุกคน และแม่บ้าน รปภ. ข้อเสีย - เราอยู่ห้องริมสุด B101 ซึ่งเป็นปลายสระ เศษฝุ่น เศษอะไรไม่รู้ลอยมาอออยู่ท้ายสระ แล้วมีฟองๆ เต็มเลย ทำให้น้ำตรงหน้าห้องเราไม่น่าเล่นเลย แจ้งฟร้อน แล้วก้มีคุณลุงมาคอยตักออกให้ตลอด แนะนำถ้าพักห้องเชื่อสระ ว่าอย่าเอาห้องB101 คิดว่าห้อง B102-103 กำลังดี ส่วนใครมีเด็กแนะนำห้อง A101 คิดว่าน่าจะใช่เบอร์ห้องนี้นะคะ ฝั่งตรงข้ามกับห้องเรา เพราะออกจากห้องก้ลงสระเด็กได้เลย

Hotel in Chantaburi, Center Hotel. We booked two rooms. One room was for my disabled mother. Room had not accessible Bathroom for disabled person. After complaining to front desk, they have changed to another room. Another room was dirty, had bugs and doors did not lock. My mother went to toilet to wash hands and sink fall off with danger to injure her. We complained to staff, they said not to worry and seem to be aware there is problem like this. When we checkout, front desk staff tried to charge us for room upgrade. Even there was not mentioning last night, we will be charged higher rate. After I complained, they said mother destroyed sink, which was already damaged. They confiscated our deposit 400 ThB and staff was rude.

Staff was riendly and extremely helpful, their service was impeccable. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials especially bolster (I love it very much). Food was amazing and very delicious. The atmosphere is airly and warm welcome, we particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and watching the garden.

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir immer zum Abschluss unserer 3 monatigen Thailandrundreise gerne in dieses Hotel das sehr ruhig am Fluss liegt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstück ist überwiegend auf Thais ausgerichtet aber dafür ist man ja in Thailand und nicht in Europa. Das einzig Negative sind die kalten Eier, auch die vorbereiteten Speisen sind nicht warm aber gut. Leider hapert es im Restaurant mit den Englischkenntnissen da einfach nicht verstanden wird dass man das frisch gemachte Spiegelei nicht auf beiden Seiten gebraten haben will, aber das war fast in jedem Hotel abseits der Touristengebiete der Fall. Wir verstehen einfach nicht warum die jungen Menschen kein Wort Englisch sprechen wenn es angeblich in den Schulen gelernt wird.

เราไปเที่ยวจันทบุรีมาค่ะ ไปพักที่บ้านริมอ่าวอยู่ติดกับร้านอาหารบางมะนาว ชอบห้องพักที่นี่มาก ห้องใหม่ กว้าง สะอาด สวย พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีทุกคนเลยนะคะ ที่สำคัญมีมุมน่ารักๆ ให้ถ่ายรูปเยอะเลย ถูกใจคนชอบถ่ายรูปอย่างเราเลยแหละ^^ ไปครั้งแรกก็ประทับใจเลยจ้า ห้องที่เราพักเป็นห้อง Deluxe Grand นะคะ หลังห้องเปิดประตูออกมาให้อาหารปลาได้ด้วย ในห้องจะมีอาหารปลาไว้ให้เลยค่ะ ช่วงที่เราไปมีโปรกิจกรรมและกระเช้าซีฟู้ดให้ด้วยนะ บอกเลยว่าคุ้มค่ามากกก ในที่พักจะมีกิจกรรมเยอะเลยทั้งพายเรือคายัค, paddle board, เรือถีบ เรียกว่าพักผ่อนทำกิจกรรมในที่พักก้อเพียงพอ ไม่ต้องออกไปเที่ยวไหนละจ้า อีกอย่างสระว่ายน้ำที่นี่ใหญ่มาก สระอยู่ใกล้กับอ่าวเลยค่ะ สามารถนอนแช่น้ำมองวิวอ่าวได้แบบพาโนรามาได้เลยแหละ ฟินเฟร่อ ใครมาพักที่นี่อย่าลืมพกชุดว่ายน้ำสวยๆติดมาด้วยล่ะ ใครมาเที่ยวจันทบุรี ลองไปพักที่นี่กันดูน้า แนะนำเลยค่ะ ^^

酒店位置不錯，離市中心很近，去景點也比較方便，還帶有早餐。性價比高，適合家庭出遊，商務出差，特別是在水果旺季的時候。

My wife and I stayed 3 nights from December 30th. Positives first, we had a pool access room which was great, the pool was very good and the resort generally good. Nice beach which they appear to clean which should be mandatory for all beach hotels, but so few actually do. The negatives are all food, beverage and service related. Breakfast generally was very poor, my omelette on the first day was cooked by a girl who was clearly being taught on the job, it was awful. On NY day we received a call in the room saying breakfast was extended from 9.30 until 10 am, we got there at 9.35 and both the Omelette station (yes i was prepared to try again) and Fried Egg stations were closed so we could not get either. I was offered 2 fried eggs both of which were stone cold. On our first night i bought their last bottle of a particularly good Red wine (THB2100) we wanted on NY Eve to go with a Steak we had seen on the menu. On NY Eve at 7.30 pm the wine came to the table to breath and we shortly afterwards tried to order, Starting with the Steak, this was sold out, we then tried to order 4 other items which would go with the wine, non of which they had. We ended up with a Chicken dish which neither paired well with the wine or tasted nice. Whilst there were some senior staff, many were no more than children, and whilst polite, they had no idea of service. Trying to order a vodka and Coke was a particularly interesting experience. No Gin and Tonic and only 2 Beers to choose from. I place no blame on the young staff, the blame is entirely aimed at the management and whoever is responsible for teaching them, or not in this case. Yes it was New Year and yes it was busy but that is no excuse whatsoever, this wasn't the first NY Eve the resort has had. To add insult to injury on checkout they charged me THB 120 for a glass they say was missing from the room. We never used the glasses the entire stay, so it was clearly missing to start with, i had no appetite to argue so just paid it and left. So many good hotel restaurants along this beach such as Taosong Beach, so will not be visiting here again.

A little short on upkeep for this property. Stayed one night after the long drive from Bangkok. In the morning the entire front desk staff said we had a flat tire. They immediately called a repair shop and told us the fix would be 600 Baht!. The truck came immediately and returned with the repaired tire. Apparently this is an outrageous price and we got suspicious. We asked the staff nonchalantly if this happened often and some blurted out “yes”. We were scammed.

We have regularly (annually except for Covid) made a point of spending a few nights here, and have never been disappointed. Beach-side accommodation for us, Breakfast is good selection of Thai from buffet, eggs fried to order. Generally out and about during the day Chanthaburi is not far if you have a car, but taxis are available -- contact reception. Restaurant open evenings for dining inside or outside by the beach. Evening relaxing listening to the sea, bottle of Singha, what's not to like. Also not many Farang, although the description applies to me, I prefer Thai company!

Im Vergleich mit unseren früheren Besuchen war es dieses Mal ein wenig entuschend. Der Garten ist gepflegt, der Privatszrand sauber und der Staff sehr freundlich. Zu beklagen gab es ein massiv tropfende Klimanlage, beissende Ameisen im Sitzbereich, ein hoteleigenes Restaurant, dass die Prioritäten falsch setzt. Leider war auch das Frühstück mager. Und der gekochte Schinken, dass Spiegelei und die Würstchen waren bereits 11 Minuten nach Buffeteröffnung eiskalt. Abschliessend kann gesagt werden, dass die Qualität in Chao Lao dieses Jahr abgefallen ist. Die Preise hingegen sind deutlich gestiegen.

Management customer service was poor. As an example we booked six rooms for family, one room aircon was not working, Asked to change room ans was refused - this was on a very hot day. Only relented when stated we would cancel booking. There were other instances of negative responses. Suggest people think about an alternative until change of management.

Lovely hotel with a reasonable price, we stayed during Songkran (Thai new year) So it was quite full and the price was full. This is ok especially to support traveling business in Thailand which suffer from Covid 19. The Hotel is on the beach area, very nice and easy to go to many tourist place around... Not in the city of Chanthaburi though. We arrived a bit early before 2 PM. So we did check in and went for a lunch. When we backed at 2.30 our room was not finished, we waited about 30 mins... The internet was not working the whole time, none of our friends in 4 different rooms can access to the internet, we told the staff and nothing they can do.. The breakfast was horrible. The staff only chatting and not looking what are short to fill it up.... milk, bread etc.... our friends went at 9.40 am and there were nothing left at the breakfast... There are no supervisor to manage and to talk to the guests. We asked the room to be cleaned, and one of our friend room was not cleaned. Our room was near the artificial waterfall, so we had so many mosquito inside the room. Quality of the bed is OK. One of the good thing is the cafe by the beach which let us drink and corkage charge only 200 THB. I would not go back nor suggest anyone to go until they improve what I address.

优點： 1.位置不錯，离柴佬海灘摩托車15-20分鈡距离，离藍白廟步行五分鈡可達，周圍有超市餐廳，比較便利，但要租摩托車或者汽車出行才方便，酒店有准俻自行車但去不了距离太遠的地方 2.酒店設施齊全，房間整洁干淨，環境非常不錯 缺點： 1.酒店靠近海邊，但是沒有沙灘，与宣傳畫冊上面的照片有稍許不同 2.酒店靠海邊的位置有台階可以走下去，台階非常濕滑，漲潮時被海水浸泡后佈滿青苔，但是酒店沒有及時清理台階或者有任何警示告知住客小心滑倒，以至于本人第一天就在那里摔跤導致手臂、手指、后背多処擦傷，對于之后的旅程帶來諸多不便且嚴重影響了出游的心情 3.泳池的燈光只開到晚上八點

Be worth comparing to the price. คุ้มค่า คุ้มราคามาก ทำเลดีมาก

โอเคหมดทุกอย่าง ยกเว้น น้ำจากฝักบัวไหลน้อยไปหน่อยค่ะ เดี๋ยวหมดฤดูฝนจะกลับไปพักอีกค่ะ มีที่จอดรถ พี่พนักงานดูแลดีค่ะ ตรงข้ามก็เป็นทะเล เดินข้ามไปได้เลยค่ะ
