The check-in staff was nice and friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The location is handy to town. The theater is a 6-7mim walk away, with lots of restaurant options in the area. Rooms was clean. The rooms are a good size and well laid out. Big living areas, separate kitchen area. Goodnsize bathroom Great stay would stay again if in palmy.

My theatre troupe and I stayed here the night before a performance at a local theatre. The rooms were all comfortable and clean with kitchenettes and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of off street parking for all of us. Highly recommend to all.

Had the best stay at this the Hacienda. Room was clean, spacious and well presented. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Surprisingly it was raining in Palmy the day we arrived. We decided to walk into the nearby CBD and the staff found us an umbrella to use. Overall pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Very friendly owners/staff. Extremely clean and spacious one-bedroom unit. Kitchen area was well equipped. Property is older but has been renovated and seems well cared for. Wish there was a gym, but understand that’s unlikely at this level. Other than that, I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others overnighting in town.

This is more than a motel! Beautiful suite of rooms with luxury spa bath. Large screen tv in sitting room and another in the bedroom all equipped with sky and Netflix meant we could enjoy the final of the Australian open tennis in luxury! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Congratulations you have thought of everything. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return if ever in the area again

Such a lovely place to stay. Clean, tidy and welcoming. The rooms are immaculately presented and contain everything you need. The Nespresso machines are a lovely touch and the beds are super comfy. A very welcoming and centrally located place to stay. Highly recommend.

Immaculately presented & clean, best motel I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable huge bed, crisp clean sheets, excellent pillows. Room was warm on arrival. Lounge/kitchen, bedroom, ensuite all big & well appointed. Heater & tv in both lounge and also bedroom. No brainer choice if staying in Palmerston North.

We stayed in upstairs studio room. It had everything we needed. A nice kitchen, big bathroom and lounge. The king size bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Hacienda Motor Lodge.

Conveniently located close to Massey University, this motel offers clean, quiet, and reasonably priced accommodation with off-street parking, smack in the middle of this busy city. The receptionist was kind enough to direct us to the Golden Time restaurant on Main Street, just a short walk away, where we had a superb Chinese meal. Note that most of the other diners seemed to be from the university, and most were Chinese. The motel rooms were spacious, and offered a choice of both kingsize and twin beds. Good value.

Stayed here on an island trip as we left our previous hotel in Napier early it is exceptional. 2 bedrooms with a full kitchen with all that you would need to cook a family need, dining table, chairs, settee and chair. Everything was spotless. On arrival there is milk and water in the fridge. There is instant coffee, coffee pods and fresh coffee for a plunger various teas also. Plenty of bedding and towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Chocolate bars on the beds and sweets too. Free washing machine with the powder $4 for the dryer but you get ages for your money. Short walk to restaurants and shops but most close at around 9pm. Couldn’t fault this place absolutely brilliant Young lad on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and was very friendly. Well done Hacienda. Would certainty recommend this motel a job well done!
