位置較好，容易找到，房間較大，設施不算新，衞生狀況較好，免打擾服務挺好。雖然給了間安靜的房間，但因隔音較差，半夜入住的聲音很大，影響休息。

Stayed here after landing at SF airport. I knew by the price I paid and the photos online what I would get. Yes it’s old but very clean. Breakfast was fine. More than enough to eat. Stayed here again on the night before going home. It’s 20 mins away from the airport. Close to Stanford University and Silicon Valley sites. I enjoyed my time here. Staff were super friendly. If you want the Ritz then be willing to pay 6 times the cost of a room here. For one night it was perfect Couldn’t here traffic noise when in room.

Cozy, cute little hotel. I am glad I stayed here it was perfect and met my needs. The staff were nice and breakfast was great. Thanks for making me feel safe and comfortable.

I just wanted an inexpensive motel for an unplanned overnight stay. The Oak Motel fit the bill. Everything worked but one bedside lamp. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good hot water. Coffee maker, but no coffee provided. I was up and away early, so did not have breakfast.

Whatever you do dont pay in cash its not a smart idea it only benefits the hotel but if you do pay in cash write down everything as proof for your own records. After staying here for a while I was told over the phone that I owed 1 month and a half. I was given two different story from the owner and his assistant. I asked for a record of my stay severl time and to this day nothing. Even worse none of them spoke to me in person about the situation and now wont even knowledge my presence. Not profesional at all cant even get there stories straight

A very comfortable room with a decent shower and friendly staff. A good range of breakfast for a small place, but also a great location for places to eat Palo Alto and only a 25-min walk to Stanford University. Visit the Stanford movie theatre round the corner on University Ave when you're there - only $7 for a double feature, cheap refreshments and an organist in the interval!

The price was right we were able to rent 10 rooms and use the breakfast area for a pizza party for our boys who played soccer it was probably one of the b Best beds that I slept on at a motel. Also, the gentleman in the front counter was willing to do anything to make our stay bettet

The most incredible check-in by Neal, who should be a concierge at a 5 star hotel. In 2 minutes, he managed to greet me with a huge smile, check me in (early) and lug my bag to my room, and refused a tip. I have never encountered service like that at any hotel. The room looked like it had just been redone with new furniture. Super quiet and good wifi. It is much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. Within walking distance to Stanford University and a short bus or cab ride to downtown Palo Alto. Excellent value for Palo Alto, and an amazing employee.
