It’s bit cringe to say it but that will be the last time we’ll consider to book it because of the very poor customer service imagine we booked it before 8pm then we already received a confirmation from the application however they told us to wait because they need to confirm it first if teh booking is already on their system like 30mins and more the food arrived more than 20mins supposedly if they failed to deliver it for 10mins the food will be free BUT THAT’S NOT TRUE. Sadly I don’t recomment SOGO if you want to experience a great deal. Thanks

Had been about 6 years since I last stayed here. For the most part it is the same although a bit more expensive than in the past. The pool and rooftop are great! The bed is average at best, would be expect a much softer/comfortable bed for the price. I would stay here again, if the price point drops to a more competitive rate.

Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets? Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools. Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

price is cheap and it is very good to stay on the first day.there's conditioner noise, but I slept very well.also,desk staff is very cute and kindly!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. It was 9:30AM already; we said we'd be havi

값싼 숙소이기에 많은 기대를 할 필요가 없다. 위치는 유로텔건너 지프니터미널에서 1.4km 정도 크리아타운방향으로 가는길 중간에 있다. 직원들은 친절하다. 조용히 쉴수 있어서 좋다. 방은 약간 넓은 편이다. 이런점들은 장점이다. 단점은 샤워시 수압이 낮고 주변에 식사를 할만한곳이 없다. 식사를 하려면 지프니를 타거나 트라이시클 또는 그랩을 사용해서 이동해야한다. 지프니는 양방향으로 매우 자주 다닌다. 그리고 안전하다고 생각된다. 24년1월 현재 지프니의 요금은 13페소이다.

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . We celebrated my son's birthday here and stayed for 3 days and 2 nigths, it was the best decision ever because the hotel made my family really special during our stay. Each and every staff of the was very accomodating and polite, they gave lots of treats and even decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner. My son was very happy for all the birthday songs and cakes that he received. At the end of the day he told us this is his birthday ever. Thank you swissotel for making our stay memorable.
