This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

My plan only stay 1 night but I spend whole holiday at this hotel. The emoyees were very friendly specially the manager. (Raissa) the bed is wide and the place is quiet and then you can cook some snap KS in cafeteria and free water each guest and the hotel is very clean and very near to walking street, SM Clark and very near in the dau terminal just only 1 ride and very safe.

This place is right in the front of walking street. Out the door and down the stairs and your on walking street. Exactly what I was looking for in my stay. They even helped me get a taxi to the airport meeting me outside the door. Great time and it was clean everyday. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Fields palace hotel.
