Stayed in October, family of 7. Club room and Regular twin rooms. 😊 Beautifully built with quality , inside and out. Much better looking than same establishments in the area. Decent crowd. More pricey though 😅 😞 Upon parking in basement, need to go up to GF , outside of building, and re-enter thru main entrance . Inconvenient if you have luggage , kids, seniors. No direct entry thru indoor elevators from parking area. Free parking (as guests). 😊Very accomodating reception, courteous service, attentive and friendly in all areas- club, pool, spa, concierge, etc. 😅 Waiting area across the reception ( lobby?) was full of people (waiting for or loitering ?) 😊 The club and its small meal perks ( breakfast, tea time, cocktails) are worth it, if you are a small and frequent eater. Cocktails became my dinner since they had roast beef and pasta, plus other side dishes and lots of free drinks. 😅Their pasta needed some improvement . Roast beef was tough. 😊 Club floor was same as room floor- super convenient. Just went down to 5th floor for pool. 😅cooking smells along hallway of club floor 😊Club guest room was super nice and spacious. Had a walk in closet, 3 way bathroom, smart toilet, good shower, tub with a view, double lavatory, big vanity. Had space for a 3rd bed. Coffee, soda, Perrier and Evian. Coffee table with fruits and sweets . Remote control blinds and curtains. USB plugs at bedside. Window view of the pool and hills. Could have stayed in the room all day . 😊Markt (regular) breakfast had more choices than Club breakfast. But Markt had lots of guests. 😊They were opening some commercial mid priced restaurants inside the hotel- still ongoing construction. 😊 Regular twin rooms were spacious too. Clean and looked new. 😊 Not a ****** goer. ****** was nice bc it did not smell of cigarettes, was not too loud, not crowded. Served free flowing coffee, water 24/7. 😊 Pool was nice , had several depths, lounge chair submerged partially in the water, cabanas , lovely view from the infinity edge. 😅 Pool was very busy from 8am to 11am- kids and families. Kids don’t stay in the kid’s pool bc they play in adult pool with parents . Gets noisy and crowded inside the pool 😔 😊 Tip: If you want some quiet time in the pool area, best to go fueing lunchtime when the families are having their lunch. 😊 Life vests available at the pool. Lifeguards were attentive. Pool bar/ food available too, with a few tables and seats right beside pool. 😊 Tip: Take the rooms facing pool but from far side , the view of hills are very nice during sunset. 😅 Not much to do in Clark area- swim/ chillax, eat (nice restaurants everywhere), ******. Clark speedway- for events. Clark international airport- for travel.

Our stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was truly enjoyable, especially for families traveling with children. The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open spaces and greenery that create a peaceful and safe atmosphere for kids to explore and play. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes that catered to both adults and kids, making mornings something to look forward to. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay for our family. Hilton Clark is definitely a great choice for those traveling with kids, and we would happily return in the future

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Stayed from periode 04/08/26 to 19/08/26 After black out no more HBO & AXN TV channels no longer available but instead only Channel 5 National TV. Requested to set up the digital tv set up box but refused by excused of the bad weather. No internet data access for 15 days from the date on arrival( checked in) until checked out even though the wifi is on & have a powerful signal (with Username : Eurotel Password: E07angeles25 Phone: *********** Bathroom flood, shower water pressure weak, hot water not available. After I filled the form around 6am this morning before I checked out. The TV program none of them, no longer available. What's good about this place : the location very close to SM Clark only 10 minutes walking distance. Mostly staff are friendly.

Service totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it..

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude. Zimmer mit veraltetem Mobiliar und Renovierungsbedürftigem Sanitärbereich. Fernseher hat auch nur nach Zimmerwechsel funktioniert. Safe vorhanden, aber Batterien leer. Frühstück ist nur Eier mit S*****en oder Hotdog Verfügbar, dazu 2 Scheiben Toast und ein Kännchen Kaffee. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast vergessen Lift vorhanden, aber defekt.
