Been staying here whenever I'm in the country. I like the location: close to everything. Room is nice, and clean. All the staff are nice, courteous, and greets you with a smile. The breakfast served is good as well. Everyday is a different selection. The Bendix Hotel in San Fernando is my go to place when in Pampanga.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem that we had at first was when we were about to check-in, they placed us in a twin-bed room whereas I booked a double-bed room. The receptionist that time insisted that a double-bed room is just the same with a twin-bed room. I showed him the type of bed and room that we booked but later on, they replaced it to a double-bed room. He explained that originally, they really give twin-bed rooms for online bookings but luckily, there was an available double-bed room that time and it is Trip.com who controls the posts on their website being the third-party. But it should be the responsibility of both hotel and Trip app to make sure that the details and listings posted are all correct for transparency and for the sake of us travellers.
PS: When we got inside our room, we also noticed a used soap and opened shampoo container inside the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping staffs didn't fully-check the room after restocking the toiletries. I also found 1 dead small cockroach under the cabinet. But over-all, we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you po! 🤍

All requested prior to check-in were done. The location is in the city center. Room is presentable and a nice place to stay. No wifi because undermaintenance to improve the connection. For cellular signal Globe is weak, better use Smart or Dito in that area. Overall a good place to stay.

KkristykringOur stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums).
The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small ****** but we didn't check it out.
Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo.
The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good.
What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area.
I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel.
Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!

WWaterBook here for 6 days and really was dissapointed, the buffet menu wasnt change and obviously just leftover from yesterday. The buffet supervisor here is very good in displaying arrogance to guests with special needs like me with advance diabetes and cant consume all at once but instead of helping guest, lectured about policy that i did not sign my conformity. I cancel all my future booking here, really just a few bread and potato leftover in my plate to finish in my room and manage my glucose spike. Actually i got 2 coupons and just came solo but still her rule prevails no goodwill banking. Widus is the best , get a plate of your choices in the buffet and delivers to your room to enjoy meal in privacy. No drama. Dont accept rooms at the back side, the neighbors dogs makes sleep impossible.

Saya sedang berfikir untuk pergi berenang untuk satu malam. Lokasinya berhampiran Walking Street, jadi banyak tempat yang boleh anda pergi, dan saya berpuas hati dengan alternatifnya. Berbaloi untuk dikunjungi jika anda suka makanan Filipina atau Amerika

The Deluxe rooms are in the old tower. The old tower is still ok though, you can ride their golf cart if you want to go to the new tower and parking (available 24hrs). Breakfast is superb! Very near restaurants, fast food.

PPengguna TetamuThe place in location is pretty nice. It's like a 2 minute walk. From walking street.. They have a pool that's open until 10 PM. And a restaurant located inside the lobby. However, twice. Now i've had a pick up with booking through trip dot.com. This is okay however the staff Has blame this on the customer twice in my opinion. It's not the customer's issue. If the booking agent and the hotel have issues, they need to service the customer and not leave them hanging. I'm torn on this review. Because I really enjoy the location and the rooms. They're actually pretty clean and the pool is actually really nice. However, the constant issue with blaming the customer for issues that aren't our issues? We are here for vacation or to have a good time, not be hassled with booking Issues that isn't our fault. The staff seemed little scared to adjust and make changes on their own.I heard the owner is german and they're very strict about things of that nature. I've stayed there at least five times three out of which i've had no issue 2 I have

PPengguna TetamuService was excellent and the facilities were amazing. Big pool and a lovely restaurant. The food really was great too. The location isn't the best but there is a few great places around the area. There's a shuttle bus taking you straight to the SM Mall and Walking Street Bar Area. I will be booking here again if I come back
