The best family hotel in this resort. Definitely I like refurbished lounge area. Great food choice, a lot of animation for all children. Only bad side this time was the very cold swimming pool. I also didn't like some of the restaurant management sitting and smoking during the service. It looks very disrespectful but I guess it is normal for BG hotel

The hotel is good positioned, near ski slopes. You can walk to ski centar students but not with skis, shuttle bus go from hotel to ski centar malina on time every 15-30 minutes. Hotel have good spa centar, sometimes very crowded because Hotel is quite big with a lot of children. You have big parking but also sometimes full because of big hotel. The staff is not professional, and that's the problem for hotel management. Waitress simply doesn't know how to work. They ask you for assistance with plates on breakfast and dinner. In lobby bar (very nice place) waitress don't watch you, so you can't order some drink you have to go to bar and order. Rooms are big and clean when you come in, but cleaning while staying in a room is not very good. So there are job for hotel managers, they need to be a little bit more professional and everything will be fine. Also, don't park dirty shuttle bus In front of main entrance, just wash it, it will take 2-3 minutes for that job. The hotel is not very expensive so you can get the first class of service for that amount of money, maybe I get more than I expected.

There is a huge variety of foods and drinks. The beds are large and comfortable. There are various entertainments for children and adults. The spa is large and there are different things you can try. People are a lot of mines and service is level. It's close to the tracks.

The hotel is perfect. Food perfect. They have a mehana with live music. Shuttle from hotel to mountain is very comfortable. Rooms are clear, comfortable and huge. Spa is nice. Car parking is available for guests.

The hotel is average, this year reception is renovated we really liked it. Some rooms are still waiting for renovation when the half is completed. Food is fairly good, delicious and enough. Unfortunately spa center is beyond the expectations. Toni Tankov the spa manager is a very very rude man. We used the hamam on the first day with only my husband and son, on second day friends joined us we were 6. He suddenly opened the door while we were having bath, he said leave here now, showing the water on the floor with his hands he said every where water, with his bad english. We are the customers who have to complain about the not working drainage. Hamam is in a very bad condition not clean and moulds on the ceiling. On our third day he stopped us while entering the hamam and showed a paper declairing it costs 20 leva for person and 10 leva for a child for 1 hour use. It is the most ridiculous thing to ask money from Turkish people for that hamam. He also lied it is boss decision to require money. We talked to Anton at reception and he said it is Toni’s decision. We also asked when we booked the hotel it was free how can we be sure about the spa and pool will not be free for tomorrow. Anton said it depends on each hotel’s policies, today is today. The spa experience of this year was so disappointing. We were planing to have massage treatment however after the rude behaviours of Toni we directly forgot about it. Additionally he never make an eye contact with you while talking.

Tek olumlu taraf odaların sıcak olması. Odalar çok eski ve bakımsız. İnternet sitesindeki oda fotoğraflarına aldanmayın böyle bir oda yok. Kısaca sinir sisteminiz iyi ise ve sürekli hakaret edilmesini kabul edecekseniz burada konaklayabilirsiniz. siz niye kalıyorsunuz yıllardır derseniz KAYAK PİSTLERİ ÇOK GÜZEL. Gelecek yıl alternatif yerler arayacağız. Tahammül etmekte bir yere kadar. Kimin para verdiğini ve kimin hizmet etmek zorunda olduğunu hatırlamaları gerek. Personele nezaket ve hizmet dersi aldırmaları lazım.

Odalar pis ve iyi temizlenmiyor. Kirli bardakları olduğu gibi bırakıyorlar. Odadaki hali eski ve pis. Banyodaki küvet sızdırıyor. Banyo yaptığınızda tüm banyo su icinde kalıyor. Personel kaba ve hiç nazik değil. Yemekler idare eder. En kibar ve yardımsever olan bellboy. Geri kalan personel son derece kaba ve hor gören tavırla konuşuyor ve davranıyor. Sahip olduğu yıldızlara bakmayın. 2 yıldızı bile zor alır. Cok daha iyi oteller var pamporovoda. Onlara bakın bence.
