O Pescador an Indy Resort

Pathetic service. The towels provided in the rooms had bunch of red ants on them. Taps in the bathrooms were in bad shape. In the restaurant, waiters kept chit-chatting in the service area while we waited to give order. And the most horrible experience... Veg food tasted like fish and when the chef was confronted, he accepted his fault.

The hotel excels in location, room layout. Restaurant staffs were nice. Breakfast menu & over all service was good. During my stay even after clearly mentioning they missed to clean my room & it was not done till evening. Pool & garden area was not clean un till notified by the guests! The property is very old & full of damp walls & floors. If the AC & ceiling fan is switched off floor releases water even if its upper floor of the building. This is not environment friendly & sustainable. Mostly the harbor side rooms have this issues. Bathroom drainage & plumbing was problematic. Even after late check in they did not care to check if everything was intact in the room. Over all house keeping needs massive improvements. Hotel managements seems pretty indifferent about it. To be honest, the location & view of the rooms are great. Its a great place to stay. I really don't mind paying little more & stay again if they take care of the house keeping issues promptly & train the staff to be little more professional & efficient.

What really impressed us was the value generous portion sizes high Quality ingredients and reasonable prices.we ended up trying a few more times on the menu and each one was a winner If you re looking for a great seafood spot at the indy resort look no further than O Pescador we can't wait to come back and try more of their catch of the day

Beautiful view , clean rooms., very prompt service. The gardens are well kept and the pool is beautiful. Kudos to Salim & Valencia at the reception, housekeeping Amit , Service Akshay, Vansh Poly and chef Peter for making it so special for us. Highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again soon. Viva!!

I am writing this review after being a repeated customer. No doubt the location is good but their service has degraded badly. I went again expecting first time services. The jetspray in bathroom was leaking continuously. The equipments are very old and not maintained at all. The bed is of very bad quality and hard. If they claim to be a 4 star property they need to provided basic amenities. They didn’t even have working telephone. We had to call again and again for everything to a phone number provided. Their sales team member Sheetal is very rude and did not know how to talk to a customer. You will get a very good property on the same rate with better rooms and amenities. Trust me when I say this, do not go for this.
