Our stay was very comfortable and nice. I had my aged mother travelling with me. Riya at the front desk gave us a room near the lobby which required minimal walking. She was very attentive to my mother's need. Everyone at the hotel was kind and concerned. Gaurav in the dining area went out of his way to cater to our needs. When my mother was not eating, he asked her the reason and brought her probiotic drink for her indigestion. They gave us tables nearest to the buffet so that my mother didn't have to walk. The swimming instructor at the pool took care of my daughter when she was swimming. Only complaint is the room service - simple orders take upwards of 40-50 minutes. Tea was always cold. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Came here with my family for a beautiful dinner date on my birthday and it was totally worth it. The chef ensured the best quality food was served and everything was so perfect. Delicious food, great ambience , good drinks .... I would surely recommend this place to all and the staff was really very cordial. Special mention of Mr jaidev , who was fantastic and very helpful and ensured smooth coordination, timely delivery of food and best host possible. Beautiful evening made fantabulous. I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words!
