Great hotel for a short term stay! Comfortably and spacious rooms that don’t disappoint. Holiday inn stands, if you’ve stayed at a holiday inn before you know what I mean. Staff was super friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay. Would like to come back but I think it is a bit expensive compared with other hotels is Panama.

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

Beautiful lobby, very good mattress, king size. Room and hallway a little dated but overall very clean and pleasant. Breakfast could have better options such as whole wheat bread, fresh croissant. Reception held our bags for us more than once, great service attitude.

Most things about the hotel are lovely. The lobby is attractive and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable, not too soft or too hard. The room is clean and well maintained. The lighting could be better, but fine. Breakfast has ample options. My big caution is to ask for a room that does not have windows on the central courtyard, because on nights with live music it is extremely loud until 10:30pm. It sounded like my windows were open when they were latched tightly, and I could barely hear myself think.

Had a one night stay recently. For the price, the location wasn't bad at all. It's safe with many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Not too far from the attraction especially Uber is inexpensive in Panama. The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. TV had a good variety. Most hardware in the room is new. Room was quiet. I had a good night rest. Now on to the not so great part - the hotel was fairly new. and the construction is really quite shoddy by US standards. 1. it's a 9 story building but they didn't appear to have built an internal water circuit. so when you turn the shower water on, find something to do - brush your teeth, etc. it'll take a good at least 5 minutes for the water to warm up. once it's warm, the shower was comfortable, but while I was waiting, I debated if I should get dressed and/or call the front desk. 2. the shower doesn't drain well because the marble floor was built too flat. so if you shower for more than 5 minutes, it floods half the main bathroom. there is another draining hole at the corner of the main bathroom but again, the surface was too flat to drain. 3. the shower head does not stay on the handle - completely due to bad workmanship and not allowing enough space. 4. the lobby restroom foam ceiling panel fell on my head as i opened the door. (no one was injured). so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

Buen servicio buena ubicación buen desayuno y muy bueno el sushi del restaurante ....falta un poco de actualización en las habitaciones pues se sienten oscuras pero x lo demás muy bien, la gente de servicio amable.
