The experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and clearly explained the deposit policy. The hotel is located in Arlington, a comfortable taxi ride away from popular attractions. The lobby is very spacious and clean, and the rooms are also very clean and large. The breakfast experience was great too. I initially thought a buffet wouldn't involve much service, but it was actually quite good, with staff checking in to see if guests were enjoying their meal. The ingredients were fresh, and there was a wide variety of options.

I did housekeeping for 12 years hair left in a room is unsanitary and the room is not being properly turn over.I come to this location a lot ,I normally don’t write comments but it’s on going that I have to clean before I get comfortable

Booked at a discount but still about $250 per night, plus parking. Very disappointing. Room was clean but more at a Motel 6 level. No bedspread or extra blanket, uninspired b/w sketches on the walls, no ”Colonial Williamsburg” ambiance, defective TV remote, cramped bathroom with no tub, carpet that appeared threadbare, and no housekeeping until 3pm. Reasonable if under a hundred a night but at the prices charged? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.)

My flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.

Great location. Comfort room and nice bed. Staff very well coming and helpful. Near so many restaurants and shopping center. Strongly recommend Hilton garden Richmond.

This was a nice facility, with some minor maintenance issues that needed attention. Lexie, on the front desk was lovely and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean and the facility was easy to find. Our room AC was wonky. Though adequately cool, it never got to seriously AC cold. I'm sure they would have fixed it but we were in and out of the room so much we didn't want to ask for a fix when we weren't there. Same thing with the blinds/shades. There was a blind on the window, but it was see-through (something I realized when we got back late at night and I could see into the ground-floor rooms!). They had controls for room darkening shades, but they didn't actually exist, nor were there curtains to draw so the room was super-light in the morning. No sleeping in for us! The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels and amenities. The bed was comfy and we got a good nights' sleep.

I felt very cozy. The content of the meal was very good. The staff was friendly. It is a hotel that can be seen comprehensively.

Attending the son's graduation ceremony, the hotel price is high. 1500 yuan per night, stayed for two nights. The external environment is not bad, the room is average, there is basically no service at night. Wifi is not very good, Tencent meeting is held, the effect is very poor. Breakfast has steamed eggs, bacon, bread, juice, very simple.
