Front desk staff seemed lost waited over 20 min for 1 couple in front of us.they said they would call us when room was ready they never did.we went back 4 hrs later and they said yea it was ready and they directed us to the corner of the building we went there and there was no rooms here it ended up being a completely different building I would not recommend

Great location. Friendly staff and very helpful. However the facility in the actual rooms is really run down. Needs a deep clean as well. Lots of bugs and even roaches.

The staff was very rude and rudely would not let us book a forth night in a row, and kicked my wife out into the cold weather while I was at work, after I had booked another night

We had left to walk the beach and when we had come back the door was left opened by the maid as well as the inner connecting door had been opened. There were contractors painting and repairing the deck right in front of our room. When I went to tell the front desk her response was oh I was trying to get in touch with her anyway . What the hell ??? There are no words - the photos online are nothing at all the way the place appears in person. The arcade is closed and the restaurant is only open 2 days and the rooms are run down

We booked a room with a balcony and unfortunately they had to close that building. Overall, it’s what you pay for. Great views but the conditions of the property were lacking. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Dirty. Etc.

Great location, great price. No real complaints. The hot water was good. It could have been warmer. I checked in with a very nice lady at the front desk and they left me alone for my stay. If your on a budget this is the place

Hard to find rooms, no security to help, heater quit working and it was freezing in the room. No parking.

The people at the front desk acted like you are a burden to them when you check in. The rooms are in pretty rough shape. The walls have paint missing, the sink in the bathroom leaked out into the floor, and the microwave didnt work at all. The walls are paper thin so if your next to someone loud or someone is outside of the room being loud it sounds like they are in the room with you. The icing on the cake was when I went to the front desk to ask for a plastic fork and three people looked at me and said they couldnt help me even though there is a whole cafe right next to the front desk that had plastic utensil behind counter. I will never even consider staying at the place again.

Around midnight I had a RAT/LARGE MOUSE wake me up chewing and digging through the trash can in my room. I turned the light on and it went running into the bathroom. I had to call the front desk and while they promptly moved me four rooms down, I got ZERO rest that night as I had to collect all of my things and sleep with one eye open as I wasn’t sure if another friend was going to come visit…
The next morning, I was told a manager would be reaching out to discuss this issue with me. It has been almost 2 weeks with zero communication. I have called numerous times and funny, a manager never seems to “be on duty.” DO NOT STAY HERE unless you’re ok with RATS running in your room at night.
