Ulasan Boardwalk Beach Hotel

We had a good stay, we were in the room only to sleep so no big complaints.  Pool was small and crowded but there is a whole beach there to enjoy.  Can’t complain for the price we paid for a beach front . ☺️

Room was good. A little dated but with as much as we were in the room, it didnt really matter. The bathroom could use an upgrade though. Everyone that we came in contact with were very friendly.

We got the 2 full size beds & a bunk bed in the one room. That part was great as we had 3 out of our 4 kids on this trip & my sick mother that I did not want her in her own room. Well the top bunk bed was great but the bottom one that a "so called mattress" which in reality was just a mattress topper. Not sure if it has to do that it can also be turned into a futo or "day bed". It was honestly no thicker then an inch to an inch & a half. Also the bathroom had a cloth curtain & it smelled awful!! As the day went on, it was more pungent. After we all took a shower it was disguised by the nice smell of our shampoos. It was overall clean but would be nice if they switched out the bottom bunk bed " so called mattress" to an actual bunk bed mattress & the curtain in the bathroom after every use, it would be a GREAT place to book!! No questions asked!

The first night there the pool was left unlocked and some people had a party and kept us awake. The bathroom was extremely small but other than that it was a very good stay.

Check in was late they state they will call when it is time, and they do NOT. Terrible storm came in and flooded half of our room. I got up to turn off AC and slipped in the water and hurt hips, back, and arms. Could not walk far without hurting and was only able to go to beach for 1/2 day out of the 8 days stay. Complained to front desk and they just took a report and did nothing! Worst trip and waste of money ever. Had I not taken my two grandchildren down while waiting on their mother to bring down the other two I would have left and went home!

Good location, friendly and informative staff, cleanish rooms.

Front desk staff seemed lost waited over 20 min for 1 couple in front of us.they said they would call us when room was ready they never did.we went back 4 hrs later and they said yea it was ready and they directed us to the corner of the building we went there and there was no rooms here it ended up being a completely different building I would not recommend

Location was good. Buildings are poorly maintained. It was decent for the money.
