Nice interior the front desk welcoming but the spa located in another building and charged

Breakfast is good, location is awesome, there is bellboy for luggage moving to room, the toilet is a bit too dark, the building is grand, vintage (compliment) and clean.

A five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel in the heart of Turin. The hotel is located right in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. You can also walk to the embankment and the park nearby. We had a spacious room of good quality. Yes, it is not new and a little shabby, but in very good condition. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Although if they recommend going to the restaurant opposite - do not go) The hotel does not have parking, but there is an agreement with a garage 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay. The only big minus is that the hotel is undergoing renovation work, which is very noisy and starts at 9 am. Therefore, if you like to sleep, then you better look for an alternative.

I was grateful for the warm welcome even though I arrived in the middle of the night. There was no hot water in the shower, but I thought that was okay. A hotel with hospitality. The cheese at breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

Walking on the cobblestone streets is tough. There's no train from the airport; take a bus to Porta Nuovo Station, then walk 10 minutes. The rooms are classic and the staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is significantly smaller than the Hilton Rome. Amenities are installed in the bathtub.
