This hotel is beautifully designed and feels luxurious but also comfortable. The rooms are really beautiful with an interesting and very functional floor plan. The pool area and restaurant are also beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful and the room was very clean. We almost didn't stay here as they advertise having two double beds in the rooms, but those beds are actually queen sized by US standards.

The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

What a disaster experience ! Really a shame for a brand and image like Intercontinental. A ”i don't care” attitude all over the place, bad service, bad rooms ... Difficult to find something positive about this hotel except the location and the view. 1) forget any decent checkin : the staff don't even look at you (even if you wait at the special counter for IHG level guests ; i was told ”come here” ... Nice welcome. 2) room was not ready at the end of the day 3) area of swimming pool is just dirty (paper, dust all around) - see picture 4) room is not fresh; air conditionning leaking on the wall and floor, 1 cm space between the door and the wall ... Avoid a room close to the lift because you will hear the whole night the ding dong ... 5) don t disturb some staff member at the breakfast; they are not there to clean the table or serve a coffee (when you finally call him, he just avoids to come) Was it only us ? Are we too demanding for such an hotel ? Never again ...

Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

The bad Had broken fixtures and plugs that didnt work in my room, no hot water for over 12 days, I believe they're trying to save money by rotating floors, or times when it's barely available as I only had it for less than 10% of my stay. Safety around the hotel is pretty bad after midnight, the base of the footpath to via espana will have 2-5 African women near the McDonalds who try to rob you after midnight. Chances are youll need extra water and drinks throughout your stay, Costa Azul is 24 hours and there's a convenience store right across that is as well. Fridges are small, half the size of a small bar fridge, you can probably fit 4 x 500ml bottles of water and a few pieces of fruit. Depth of top shelf is 4 inches and bottom is around 8 inches, more often than not, there will be lots of black mould inside so keep your items covered or wash thoroughly Most staff don't speak english and there is limited access to concierge or other services. You're going to have staff coming into your room 2-3x per day, between towels, regular housekeeping and water/coffee replenishment, so keep your items locked and secured (I'm missing about $80). Overall an extremely poor showing from what's supposed to be a Radisson. The good Conveniently located close to the main banking area, has access to metro with a 2 min walk, has access to about 4 casa de cambios in a 3 minute walk. Good cleanliness and friendly staff, breakfast is included but gets boring very quick. Tons of good restaurants in the immediate area like Costa Azul, Beirut, La Casa del Marisco and Las Palmas in the hotel. I'd say this hotel is only good for mid-market, Pan and South American clients travelling with families or retirees. Not good for business or solo travellers, not good for english speaking travellers. It is one of the hotels COPA uses to house guests from cancelled flights so there may be a lot of noise.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Panama City superseded our expectations and climbed to the top of our list of favourite hotel experiences. This year, we planned our first annual Girls' Trip to Panama. Three friends. 7 days and 6 nights. 1 hotel. Let's just say that the ”maths was mathsing”. Thankfully, as our accommodation and comfort were paramount to a fun and memorable trip.  Residence Inn Panama City delivered high-quality customer service from the moment I booked a taxi to transfer us from the airport to the hotel. On the way, the driver, Mr. Clarke with an E! (inside joke) gave us a mini tour and entertained us with local historical facts. When we checked in, we met Yani at the front desk, whose professional, courteous, and helpful demeanour made us feel welcome. During our trip, Yani actively sought our feedback on the service from the food to our room. She listened and provided thoughtful explanations as well as actioned our recommendations where practical.  On another occasion, she helped us make an appointment and find a healthcare provider for a medical emergency. We were astounded by her empathy and sincerity. As a brand ambassador for the Residence Inn, she exemplified the values and ideals of customer service espoused by Marriott. Also, I take this opportunity to recognise there were other Associates, who provided support as needed.  The hotel's central location was another plus for us. There were several nearby restaurants and groceries within walking distance.  In terms of recommendations, we suggest adding dishes to enhance the variety at breakfast, especially for persons who stay longer. We suggest that the meal options for dinner are more appetising and aesthetically pleasing. Food is our love language! Otherwise, we had an enjoyable time and plan to stay at the Residence Inn whenever we visit Panama. Thank you for enabling us to have a memorable Girls' vacay!

Definitely don't eat at the restaurant for anything other than breakfast. Also, the hotel is centrally located, which is good, but overlooks a giant parking lot that turns into party bus central on weekends (no joke). It is LOUD. The other nights were quiet, but this is definitely a negative on the hotel's location. Also, it helps to come with a working knowledge of Spanish if possible. At the front desk the staff's English is good, but at the restaurant and spa it's extremely limited. It was difficult to communicate with the massage therapist, who then also told me I was only allowed to pay in cash (which I didn't think was true but had no time to verify). We didn't use the pool because we were busy doing other things, but it appeared to be in need of a little attention. Also, housekeeping was spotty. Some days they didn't come, and when they did, they often didn't replace the towels (although they took the used ones away). Three times I had to call down to request towels, which was a little strange. Overall this is a very serviceable hotel that's located in a central area that makes it easy enough to get to most attractions by foot, cab, or Uber. Do not expect luxury and you won't be disappointed.

1) First 3 nights, pool was closed for renovation. Reception said ”No pool available”. Only this, I thought, the pool was completely closed. On the forth day, I saw, guests were swimming. I asked the reception. ”Yes, you can swim”. Why the reception could not inform us only 3 days closed? 2) No towel after cleaning. Also first 3 nights. I thought that the clean team forgot to leave it, but it was not forgetting, but not ready. Towels were delivered around 19:00 first 3 nights. I called the reception every night and they said ”We inform the responsible staff” and waited for hours. Why reception didn't answer ”Towels will be delivered around 19:00 today” or advised us for delay delivering in advance? Then I didn't have to call the reception every day. Anyway, I had to wait to take shower till 19:00. Outside was 30degrees, and I wanted to take a shower immediately. 3) Weak WIFI. WIFI at Reception was with 96 Mbps, however, room at the door was 14 Mbps and at bed, no signal anymore. At desk also 2 Mbps or no signal. It's impossible to watch streaming like Netflix or web meeting. Also no smart TV. 4) My room card key was invalided every day. I had to go to the reception after back to the hotel (Elevator works with valid room card key). If no guests are at the reception, it takes soon, but one day, big group was there, and I had to wait more than 10min or more. I had a take away food, and it was no more warm when I was back to the room. 5) They asked me an advance payment even flex rate booking. They need cash? 6) No refrigerator in a room.

To start it off right I didn’t think my trip included free breakfast until I arrived and the lady at front desk told me! I was excited about the free food. I loved everything about the hotel and the food was on point and the hotel is very clean. The only thing that worried me is the was the quietness where my room was, it made us overthink a little but that didn’t stop anything we still enjoyed it. I loved all the amenities and the staff was very nice. I would definitely book again if I visit again

Internet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.

Sarapan pagi sangat enak walaupun semasa wabak! Lokasinya berada di pusat bandar. Mengesyorkan hotel ini sangat, kakitangannya sangat ramah. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah bahawa kunci balkoni tidak baik, dan penebat suaranya tidak bagus, tetapi tidak ada bezanya dengan kelebihannya.

Zugegeben:Lage , Ausstattung,Sauberkeit enttäuschen bei der Anreise. Alles wirkte 2.Klassik . Es ist laut, die Gegend nicht die sauberste und das Hotel neben der Konkurrenz ziemlich blass. Doch für den Preis unschlagbar.So sind die Räume sehr groß, die Air Kondition macht seine Arbeit, das Bett ist mal so sauber dass ich mich echt wohl fühle, das Bad liefert zwar kein Warmwasser dafür ist der Druck der Brause echt stark.So in allem fühle ich mich echt frei, da stören mich die abgebrochenen Ablagen neben dem Bett nicht sonderlich, auch dass die Fenster nicht dichten und der Lärm der Straße um 7 Uhr einem aus dem Schlaf reist . Das hat den Vorteil dass man auch aufsteht und den vollen Tag nutzt. Einzig was mich störte war der W-Lan.Man konnte nur 2 Geräte anmelden und Whats up ging nicht , das musste ich im Restaurant nach holen
