Hotel berhampiran Dumaluan Beach, Panglao

Nous avons séjourné une nuit. C'est une recommandation coup de cœur du Loonely Planet. Je pense que c'est à ré évaluer... Par rapport aux autres endroits où nous avons séjourné. L'endroit est relativement propre, l'accueil sympathique. La piscine est très très grande, bien entretenue. Mais l'endroit manque d'âme, aucun cachet, un bon coup d'anticalcaire serait appréciable sur les robinets. Nous avons eu quelques fourmis sur le lit. Le restaurant est bien mais rien d'incroyable. C'est très bien comme lieu de passage mais sans doute moins pour passer ses vacances. Il y a des serviettes pour la piscine à demander à la réception. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant vers 5h du matin, cela arrive.

Prenotazione fatta a giugno per 3 notti ed eravamo in 15. A nostro arrivo in aereoporto il ragazzo che è venuto per il trasporto non si aspettava che fossimo in tanti, si è presentato con 1 mezzo per 4 persone. Avendo il check in alle 12:00 e siccome siamo atterrati al mattina, abbiamo deciso di farci un giro in zona, ma senza un mezzo non è molto pratica la zona. A nostro ritorno per il check in scopriamo che lo stabilimento ha dato 1 delle nostre stanze ad altre persone, pur avendo prenotato a giugno. La struttura non ha fatto che darci un altra stanza, ma lontana dalle altre. A ingresso delle nostre stanze molte erano sporche, soprattutto le lenzuola, asciugamani docce e lavandino del bagno. Oltre allo sporco, abbiamo trovato oggetti di altri clienti nei cassetti e le ciabatte fornite imbustate in plastica, per farli sembrare nuovi, ma erano usate. Colazione non molto variata, poca roba. L’unica nota positiva, carino il concetto di struttura, ma realizzato male.

Expensive, but worth it. Hospitality is top notch, never met so many nice people in my life, bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and food was good. Massages were the best I’ve ever had in my life. If we ever came back to Panglao again, the ONLY reason we wouldn’t stay at Amorita again would be due to the price. Everything else was top notch.

Location is great - has a great beach front and has easy access to the main road, near restaurants and airport as well. Service is excellent, staffs are well-trained and friendly. The hotel has various pools with a pool bar each, and it is great that the beach side pool is open til midnight. Amenities are okay. Bfast buffet is great - have a wide variety of food. They also have a dinner buffet at a discounted rate for hotel guests. Early check-in was not available during my time because there’s a lot of guests. But overall, still a great stay.

We stayed at Henann Tawala Hotel for a week upon arriving in Bohol, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, living up to its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the staff were very attentive—our bags were handled, and we were offered breakfast while our early check-in was expedited. One thing to be aware of is the 3,000 pesos per night damage deposit. If paid by credit card, any charges, such as room service or drinks at the swim-up bar, are deducted from it, with the balance refunded after checkout. The breakfast area is beautifully presented, with friendly staff who greet you warmly. After giving your room number and surname, you’re escorted to a table. However, we noticed some inconsistency in service—on some days we were offered coffee or tea, while on others we weren’t. There were also times when water wasn’t provided, so we ended up with double servings after fetching it ourselves. Consistency in service would enhance the experience, but the self-service station for coffee, water, and juices was convenient. Breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all preferences. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. One small issue was being asked to leave a yogurt behind when I tried to take it out of the breakfast area. I understand the rule to prevent excessive takeaway, but I felt a little flexibility could be applied for small items. The rooms at Henann Tawala are impressive—spacious with great bathrooms and lovely balconies. Among the best we’ve stayed in, they’re comparable to high-end hotels like Radisson Blu in Cebu or Seda Ayala Central Block. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a reasonably priced van for our trip to Tagbilaran, and the driver was punctual, providing a comfortable ride. He even dropped us off at the right spot for catching a van to Anda at the Dao Bus Terminal. One nice perk of staying here is the short walk to Henann's beachfront property, where you can use the sun loungers shaded by palm trees and enjoy drinks served by the staff. However, you can’t use the pool there, and you need to pick up towels from Henann Tawala before heading to the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there are quite a few hawkers selling tours, which can be a bit of a nuisance. We found better deals on Facebook. The sea is warm, though there’s a fair amount of seaweed. I’d recommend snorkeling to watch your step, as there are starfish and possibly sea urchins. We only swam once. If you buy mangosteen from beach vendors (150-200 pesos), check for ants, as one of our bags was full of them! Just outside the hotel’s main gates, there’s an ATM and a laundry shop that charges around 400 pesos for 5 kg, returning clothes washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm. It’s much cheaper than the hotel’s laundry service. We also tried the Kajun Restaurant nearby, which offers excellent chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes in an American diner style. On the beachfront, our favorite restaurant was the Oasis Resort’s upstairs bar and restaurant, which has a cooling breeze and a great view of the beach. Every dish we tried was fantastic, and we highly recommend it. While our stay at Henann Tawala was wonderful, Panglao itself felt quite touristy. There were many Korean tourists, and a lot of locals trying to sell tours and services, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Prices were higher than we expected, especially for things like tricycles, which cost 150 pesos per person compared to the 12 pesos we paid in the provinces. Restaurant prices were also inflated, and even basic supplies came at a premium. If you prefer a quieter, more authentic experience, I’d recommend visiting somewhere like Anda. It has a more laid-back, provincial vibe, with friendlier locals and a slower pace of life, making it a peaceful alternative to the busy, touristy atmosphere of Panglao.

Our stay at Henann Premier Coast in Bohol was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our visit was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The resort’s location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved lounging by the pristine pools and indulging in the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of both local and international dishes, and each meal was a treat. What truly set Henann Premier Coast apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Overall, Henann Premier Coast exceeded our expectations in every way. Best customer service eveer! From arrival to departure sobrang alaga.All the Staff always greet you with big smile. We requested for a single bed since may baby kami. Walang available, kaya inupgrade nila ang room namin for FREE. Also, they grant our request for a beach front anniversary dinner at no extra charge! The manager , Sir Rey was verryyyy hands on to the preparation. Food 10/10 delicious, and affordable Room 10/10 need lang siguro pagpapitin ang bidet since nasa right sya :) but no issue at all. Amenities 10/10 Staff and Crew 10/10 lahat approachable at mabait Service 20/10 🙌 wala akong masabi! Highly recommended. Thank you Lord for the favor!

Let’s start from the good parts: * The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting. * location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it. * soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good. Now for the bad parts: The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that. * breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino. * pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain. * the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.

The resort was a perfect gateways for family and friends. The amenities was complete and they even offer free shuttle service to Alona Beach. Definitely, a place to come back with family when I get back in the Philippines again. Thank you to all staff who were hospitable.

I stayed at this hotel before.When I went out and came back to the room some of the money I had placed in my bag was missing.I suspect it was taken when the housekeeping staff came into clean my room🥲🥲🥲
