i just reserved a double bed for 1 night and i wasn’t expecting that much cause its cheap but i was disappointed how the room looked.. Badly need renovations, there a water coming out from the AC, they only put 1 toilet paper, no toothbrush or whatsoever… The only good thing they had was the mini cafe/restaurant in the lobby where you can order for breakfast or snacks.

One of the most disappointing Go Hotels branches in the Philippines. It urgently needs a major renovation since the rooms are showing signs of disrepair. Also, since it's located in a busy intersection, it can get very noisy at night due to traffic. The only good thing is the reception. Robinsons should renovate this place.

They let us pay our toothbrush and toothpaste for 120. Its our first time to encounter things like this,its usually comes up with the room package.. well,a cheaper one to stay..

My stay was great, ideal location near to the airport and lrt station. The staffs were accomodating and polite. One thing I observed, there is no slippers in the room, but that's fine with me.

Everything was good and the hotel was budget-friendly. However, some amenities were lacking and the aircon remote was malfunctioning. Overall, the experience was okay.

In general, I found the hotel to be pleasant and in good location for those travelers who needed to stay near the airport. The check-in and out process was smooth and efficient. Although I arrived ahead of the check-in time, the staff accommodated me and allowed an early check-in. I like that all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. 👏 However, soundproofing could be improved, as I was able to hear loud snoring from the next room which in the beginning I thought a ghost haha While I understand that occasional pest sightings can happen, I would recommend that the hotel take steps to improve room pest control to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic experience for future guests. I hope this feedback helps improve your services for future guests. Kudos to all your hard work!

I had an excellent 4-day stay at Go Hotels Parañaque! The location is perfect — close to everything you need, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I also loved that there’s a restaurant right in the lobby, making meals easy and adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-situated place to stay in Parañaque!

This hotel needs renovation. The room looks filthy and I can see it is aging. No towels in the room but there's a bottle of shampoo and a piece of bar soap. Pay what you get in short.

For its price, the hotel is relatively okay for an overnight stay. Perfect for layovers. We flew from Visayas and we wanted to relax before our trip to Japan. I left my ID and upon notifying them, they kept it until I came back from our 1-week trip. Thank you!

Good service. The room is nice. I hope that slippers and toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste will also be added in the package. Overall, it's good 👍

they are not respond my request.drinking water despenser on our floor was empty i call the front desk for replace empty water dispenser and asking for another rags on the floor coz when you take shower water on shower room was spill outside on living room floor. they promised to send a worker to send me an extra floor towel and replace the water dispenser but nobody doing it till we check out on hotel. for me a nightmare to stay on this hotel.

Here Just for a stop over. Very close to airport 5 mins. One of their housekeeping staffs has a pleasing personality, not a snob at all. He/She assisted me with the luggage to/from the room. I didn't get the name but will surely remember on my next visit.
