Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Paris

The hotel location is great, opposite Gare du Nord station. A lot of restaurants & cafes around. The hotel interior is very hip with African look. We got a room facing Gare du Nord station, but it was quiet, we didn’t hear noise from outside. Guest get free mini bars at the first day and there is water tab at the receptionist, just bring your own tumbler. The hotel staff is so friendly and generous, we got a bigger room, Happy Hours Drinks, even candies. We would love to go back to this hotel again.

The whole stay was amazing! The staff were all really great and kind! The rooms were very neat, cool design, the room at the 6th floor was amazing with a nice peaking view of the tour Eiffel. The staff are thoughtful, welcoming the boys with treats and colouring sheets and crayons. They were also very accommodating. The location is perfect. You can walk to Montmarte or Jardin du Palais Royal and enjoy the city scene of Paris. Thanks to the staff of Maison Mere. Would love to come back again.

Location is really amazing Staff was nice to us However the room really is very small and the window is next to air-condition/ventilation machine that kept making a banging sound all making it hard to sleep. Receptionist told us can't do anything as they are full now and can't offer a different room (I have read many reviews where people had the same experience, so if it was true or not that the hotel was full we'll never know) Not so sure about cleanliness either as I saw mud on the floor and bathroom didn't look very clean.

Perfect location being in the centre of Paris and is a couple stops away from the Louvre museum on the metro. It is also allows quick and convinient travel to other main central tourist spots. The hotel is situated on a key road where many embassies closely reside (British, Japanese, American, Canadian etc.), hence there is heavy government security staff and is a very safe location to stay in, in addition to the mainy designer retail stores and boutiques also situated on the same road and surrounding areas. The hotel itself looks modern, chique and promising upon entering into the reception, however the front desk staff were two men who did not seem entirely friendly and welcoming and failed to greet us properly upon arrival. There should have been better hotel staff etiquette. The room was ckean, basic and minimal in decor but unfortunately quite small, particularly the bathroom. For a 4* hotel, I would've expected a better modern decor, toiletries and complimentary items, for example handwash liquid bottles, cotton buds and shower caps as well as more bottles of water (there was only 1 provided upon arrival when there were 2 of us). There was no wow factor and seemed pretty basic.. there have been 3* hotel rooms I have stayed in which have been more impressive in size, decor and supplementaries. The TV channels are all in French which doesn't consider other main languages of international tourists so we had little indoor entertainment. There were also initial issues with the shower head in the bathroom too which was thankfully fixed by a staff member quickly after we brought it to their staff's attention. Street views of boutiques and official government buildings were quite nice. The worst part was that there was no sound proofing in the room. First night was the worst sleep I've had in a hotel and I could literally hear everything from the surrounding rooms (creeking, flushing, piping etc) as well as outdoor drunken shouting, even with the windows closed. The hotel appears to have selectively refurbished rooms, which I also read from other reviews seem to have better sound proofing anf modern decor. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is any intention to update all the rooms to match the same 4* quality standard, which how management appear to be controlling the room prices. Hence, my best recommendation is to pay more for a refurbished room/prestige room to get a better stay experience (not the superior rooms because there is nothing superior about them).

Stayed from the 13th-15th of March and this hotel was one of the most memorable aspects of our holiday. On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded which was a welcome surprise. The hotel is located in a warm and friendly neighbourhood that encompasses the feel of Paris and the staff were simply excellent. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay in Paris. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was simply amazing. Location: Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too. On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in. Room Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc... Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold. Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though) Fast Wifi too. Bathroom: Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined. Breakfast / Food Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. Cannot say I was amazed by it but was not disappointed either - normal. We did have dinner at the hotel which was lovely. Beautiful salad and pasta. No complaints here. Facilities It's like a modern art gallery. Has giant sculptures everywhere, table football, ping pong tables, a hairdresser/barber, a cinema room, a BBQ area, a pool, spa, gym... it's a lot for a hotel to have. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not. Gym Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average. I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.

아담하지만 오붓하고 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 공항 픽업서비스로 편하게 호텔에 도착할 수 있었고 로비에 앉아서 휴식을 취하고, 커피를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다. 1층 바에서 얼음도 가져다 방에서 시원하게 와인, 커피를 즐길 수 있습니다. 유럽여행하면 얼음이 항상 그리운데 좋더라구요!! 조식도 가짓수가 많은 것은 아니지만 알차게 즐길 수 있었고 프론트데스크 직원도 친절했습니다. 나중에 파리에 해당 지역에 갈일이 있으면 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다!

Great location, many shops and restaurants outside. A very big Metro & RER station just outside the hotel. Great room, very big and comfortable. Great breakfast with the option of preparing fruit juice for yourself. There was also a variety of sweet things and also eggs, cheese, vegetables, sausages, variety of bread, fruits, yogurt, granola etc’ We had a great experience in this hotel and we highly recommend it. We booked from trip.com which was much cheaper than the other options and the booking was smooth.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, helpful and kind. I love the location (steps from the Eiffel Tower) but it is the people behind the front desk that make this hotel shine. They helped with finding restaurants, transportation, and anything else we needed, while always being kind and friendly! The rooms are clean and quiet, and overall I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Paris! Simply Outstanding!

What a comfortable stay in a beautiful city! The room was big enough, staff was attentive, and breakfast each morning was the perfect start to our day. The hotel is perfectly situated near a metro stop, allowing easy access to the entire city.
