Hotel berhampiran AndréStudio, Paris

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

Once we checked in and found that our room is facing the country yard which is not what we preferred. Also, the room is next to the service lift.

很方便 離香榭麗舍很近，附近什麼都有🥰早飯很不錯，不是自助餐，是點菜式的。小貴，而且要提前支付，到店之後還要再支付一次，所以一開始會損失兩筆錢，平台說後期會退還給我，這種等退款。除了這點兒其他的都很okay

Positives - Excellent location for touristy stuff. Underground tube is also right outside. And local corner shop for foods/drinks just outside. Overall hotel room was clean. Fridge and air con worked. Staff are nice. Negatives - Triple room is basically just a double room with an extra folding bed put in. So this made very little room space. We didn’t get view of Arc De Triomphe (despite requesting in booking). Instead our room faced inside alley. I believe only 3 rooms out of 8 rooms got view of Arc De Triomphe (on our floor). Air con did work, but started leaking water into bathroom on second and third night. Bathroom door did not close properly. And shower in bath tub is really awkward to use (especially if you tall). Awkward because of its location on wall and little space. Overall, maybe ok for single visitors and couples. But I not sure for family with small kids given little space and problems with bathroom/air con. That’s why I gave low rating

In general my stay at the hotel was good, with the exception that one day, the room cleaning was not done. I came back at the hotel at 1:30pm to continue my meetings from there and the room was not done. I hade to work until 6pm, so when I was ready to go out I have asked in reception to send somebody to clean, but the answer was that it was not possible because at that time there were no cleaning services. In a 4 star hotel, I cannot understand how come you leave a room without cleaning.

The warm and inviting atmosphere of your hotel made our stay unforgettable, particularly for our daughter, who had never visited Paris before. We were so impressed with your hotel that it has become our top choice for accommodation in Paris. We look forward to returning soon and creating even more incredible memories at your hotel. I had some nice things happen at this hotel, but they were not many. I got in after a long flight and went to the desk at 11:30 and was told that my room was not ready. I can understand that rooms were to be ready at three. They told me they would make getting my room ready a top priority. I went out walked had lunch, came back at 1:30. a different gentleman demanded My passport, looked at me the entire time like I was disgusting bug for a few minutes, and then told me that my room was not ready. And sat down in the lobby and read in plain sight for over an hour and a half. I finally went up to the desk after three to find out that my room was ready. Instead of giving me my luggage, they said they would bring it up. It has been an extremely long flight and I wanted to shower. I waited over 20 minutes for my bag came back downstairs was told that it was probably on its way up and waited another five minutes before it appeared at my room. I had the same problem at the table. I came down waiting for a friend, but was one of the tables someone could’ve asked me if I wanted coffee. I waited 15 minutes with no one saying a word. For the most part continued that way. There were some decent exchanges, but for the most part, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.

While the location is outstanding the hotel lacks key service like restaurants, room service and concierge . Only one person at the front desk who is always busy doing everything ( check in and out, cashier, housekeeping, information, etc. ) you have to wait for along time to be answered on any questions!!! I have notified the hotel ahead of time that we are on our honeymoon and requested a king size bed but ended up with two beds!!? and there is not any honeymoon arrangements

I had a double room. It was very clean and calm, with a large bathroom. The rooms' decoration is certainly dated and basic but it is functional. The person at the reception the day I left was extremely helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located: about 100m from Gare Saint Lazare (and the metro) and very close to shops and large department stores in a very lively neighbourhood. I would happily stay there again. Great value for money.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.
