El hotel se encuentra cerca de zona con servicios: panaderia, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, el metro se encuentra cerca Las instalaciones están bien La habitacion con moqueta es amplia, la luz es tenue aunq dispone de una ventana al exterior, espejo de pared, la TV es smatTV pero no puedes conectarte a netflix ni similares, dispone de pocos canales y todos en frances. La cama muy cómoda y dispone de dos cojines de diferentes grosores, también tiene un escritorio con una silla y un taburete, hay una cómoda con caja fuerte El baño con plato de ducha es amplio y dispone de jabón, crema hidratante, secador y espejo de aumento El desayuno tipo buffet algo escaso: salchichas/huevos, pan/croissants/mini creps,mermelada/mantequilla/Nutella, de embutido: queso y salchichón y de fruta: kiwi y naranja, zumo de naranja y cafes varios Como curiosidad solo te facilitan un plato pequeño y una taza. Todos los días proporcionan el mismo desayuno Como a tener muy en cuenta, disponen de una zona para dejar maletas en el caso de q quieras dar una vuelta antes de ir al aeropuerto, la verdad q nos vino súper bien! Personal amable, alguna persona de recepción sabe algo de español. Todo en ingles/frances

Location is great. Less than 5 minutes walk to metro station, and 10 minutes to Paris Nord train station where we took the Eurostar. Bathing cubicle is tiny but acceptable. Nice hotel with aesthetic designs.

El personal, la limpieza, el precio y la localización inmejorables. El personal de recepción súper amable, la limpieza diaria de la habitación perfecta, el coste para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas en Paris donde está localizado, INMEJORABLE. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda, de verdad. Tener la gare d’est te facilita la movilidad por todo París. 100% recomendado

the location is very good, you can walk to the nearest metro station within 5 minutes and then go anywhere else through the metro. but the nosies from the metro is very annoying. The hotel is of good value of money with clean room too. But someone who has problem in sleeping will not be recommended this hotel.

Absolutely perfect- beyond perfect! I cried when we left. We’ve been to Paris a few times and stayed in the area, and love it, but this was our first time with kids. We had ‘The Room’ that is used on the photos and it really really is like that. That view! The place had a great vibe, with staff and other guests being warm and welcoming. We loved the shared fridge and kitchen- perfect for our kids who will only eat cereal for breakfast! The location is perfect. Right next to a lovely play area for kids, Anvers metro station is outside and the Sunday street market that filled then boulevard was great! The room was lovely- very nicely decorated and the kids loved the bunbeds. Loved sitting on our little balcony and enjoying that view. I can’t even write how perfect our stay was. I’ve never seen Paris look so beautiful and we can’t wait to return.

all are fine, especially there is capsule coffee machine for us. 2 metro can be accessed within 2 minutes and 1 more can accessed in5 minutes. only the carpets seems not so good

The room is clean and ok, the bathroom as well. The breakfast is perfect and the stuff is very willing to help. The location is closely to the Metro station, so all in all everything fine and for sure a good recommendation to stay!

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

I was debating between a 4 or 5 star review but had to go with 4. The hotel itself is located a short 3 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station. The property is very nice and the staff was excellent, English was really spoken as were many other languages. The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the package with breakfast included. Two reasons for the one star reduction. First, the hotel has 2 elevators. One was foam when we checked in and had been for some time. Having one elevator in a hotel with 118 rooms becomes problematic at busy times and we waited for 5 elevators more than once. It looks like either the elevator was damaged by water or mechanical or a renovation was planned, but.. I think it was the former as a renovation is done and workers are present and the situation scheduled. This was just a sign and apologies. The second issue was one evening we came back to the hotel from a day out all day to find our bathroom had 1 towel, not a full size but a bath mat sized towel. We were informed their towel service didn't return the towels that day. We baked and a second small towel showed up but, that was not well planned out. The GM did apologize profusely, but it seemed like poor inventory control to hand zero stock on hand. Otherwise, great location, fantastic staff, rooms are decent sized and well appointed. Ask the staff for recommendations on restaurants and cafes, they are all knowledge

酒店設施非常新，大部分保養不錯。服務非常好，前台工作人員大部分比較友善，態度好。早餐品種一般，但比較精緻，每種醬料都是單獨的玻璃小瓶包裝。尊享房房間非常大，小套房格局，兩個電視機。如果選擇住在馬約門到凱旋門附近，這裡是性價比首選，房間和服務吊打3min遠的凱悦。
