PPOH S HA Truly Homely and Unforgettable Stay in Paris
From the moment I arrived—very late at night—I was warmly welcomed by Flo, whose genuine smile instantly made me feel at home. He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find.
The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories.
The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease.
My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

PPengguna TetamuWe enjoyed our stay at the Bloom House Hotel. As a new and popular hotel, it had a great atmosphere. The major advantage is its proximity to Nord Station, making travel very convenient. While the location isn't the most ideal for shopping or sightseeing on foot, we absolutely loved exploring Paris by bike, which was a fantastic way to see the city. It served as a good base for our trip, and we had a pleasant time.

PPengguna TetamuTThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming.
The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor.
Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

До Лувра минут 30, до полей,- около 40, до башни,- 1.10. Район где расположен отель,- тоже вполне нормальный. Рядом большие бульвары.

MMohammed AwnA great hotel in a great location and service. The one thing that kind of annoyed us, was the size of the room and the bathroom. Although we booked the bigger room but it was so mini. I can't imagine how the real mini room looks like. Also the cups for coffee were too big and didn't even fit in the machine.
Everything else was perfect.

RRuqingdanbai衞生 位置 和設施都很好 但是唯一不滿意的是定的最貴的房型 就是為了靠街邊的陽台拍照好看 結果被安排到最轉角的內側的房間 和前台説明情況但卻告知説 以為check in晚來所以靠窗邊的房間都被安排完了 可是很荒謬的是 我和我朋友11點就在前台放行李 那時候酒店説不可以辦理入住要等到三點 看了網路上都推薦這家 因為陽台好看 總之蠻失望的
早餐 還行吧 中規中矩 感覺四星酒店可以做的很好

Plenty of dining and shopping places in Marais and Bastille within walkable distance for locals that you can get an authentic experience. You can get a uber to most places at very affordable prices. The subway 3 minute walk away also has a ticket counter that you can manually purchase all types of transport tickets, load up money without struggling with faulty vending machines. Best rooftop restaurant to enjoy the view of Effie tower, note dame and monmatre every breakfast. Jesus at the front desk is top notch for helping us with taxi and luggage every time. River facing room has good views and great amenities. Love the little surprise gifts at every turndown service. As someone who has been to Paris many times. I much prefer this 3 year old new hotel to many other 5 star hotels in haussman buildings with old infrastructure and small rooms. Will stay again!

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall comfort. The high ceilings and classic Parisian design created a luxurious ambiance, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay.
Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, with fresh pastries, fruit, and hot selections served in a beautifully designed dining area. It was the perfect way to start each day.
The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience all the more memorable.
Overall, Hôtel Elysia is a wonderful choice for those looking for elegance, comfort, and top-tier service in Paris. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others seeking a refined and relaxing stay in the City of Light.
