Hotel berhampiran Gare De Boulainvilliers, Paris

As advertised. Friendly, professional team that was sincere and engaged in wanting to make sure we had a good stay, and very Parisian. Clean, quaint and charming place in the middle of everything. Surprisingly special - Best Western at its Best. Would stay again if travels brought back to this part of Paris.

This hotel was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to help. I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely use them again. Value for money and clean rooms. Very high standard and brilliant staff thank you.

Just had three nights at this hotel and cannot fault it at all. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfy! Perfect after a day walking around sight seeing. Hotel is in perfect location for a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and public transport. Xiaver one of the staff is super helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant

The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

People at reception r nice n cooperative location is great. There is no lift, you have to go up to levels with your luggage on a very narrow stairs to get to the first room in this hotel. There is no cupboard, no water or coffee , no fridge and no TV. AC was good all night. It was not worthy of the amount paid.

Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan, semuanya sangat cantik, pemandangannya menakjubkan, tetapi kami mempunyai sesuatu untuk dikatakan, kami tidak begitu berpuas hati kerana kami mendapat alahan dari permaidani yang tidak kelihatan sangat bersih (memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian), tetapi pemandangannya sempurna dan perkhidmatannya hebat.

Hôtel à l’accueil sympathique (personnel disponible et souriant, café thé à disposition à la réception), chambre et salle de bains propres, taille correcte (petite douche mais avec pommeau filtrant l’eau, miroir grossissant..), parquet, coffre fort, décoration sobre mais soignée. Seuls points négatifs : chambre peu insonorisée et ascenseur en demi palier. La chambre 56 a une petite terrasse équipée où le soleil de mi-octobre nous a permis (à 9h30) de prendre un agréable café avec une belle vue sur la Tour Eiffel, avant de profiter des alentours de ce quartier vivant à pied : rue du commerce, Centre commercial Beaugrenelle, Île aux cygnes, marché de Grenelle du dimanche et de tout Paris, le métro étant à 2 pas... Un parking (interparking Cambronne) 16€ /jour est situé à proximité mais il est conseillé de réserver à l’avance.

Great location for any departure from Montparnasse station. There is a mall nearby with the essentials stores inside, a Franprix and a Bistro higher up. I totally recommend that hotel and I plan to come back to try the Sky-bar, unfortunately all bookings are done online and none on site. I stayed for one night and got upgraded that was a nice surprise despite having a communicating bedroom. Nice view and all the amenities in the room were good. The shower style was a first for me, not a fan of the style but that’s a small details.

This is a hotel in a residential area of Paris about half an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is a good part of town to find grocers open late and banks with ATM's (surprisingly not so easy to find in Central Paris). I was only there one night so I didn't try to use the metro but I don't think there was a station very close to the hotel. Ubers were easy to get. The hotel ticks off the things you expect: my penthouse suite 600 was a beautifully decorated suite where everything was easy to use and worked well. There was a large terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There were some lemon financiers on arrival; i figured they might have put a few more treats out there considering what they charged for the room, but there was a bottle of perfume and some chocolates to take home at departure. You could walk down the hall to a stairway to reach the roof which had chickens and furniture and more rooftop views. There is a pool, large gym and restaurant. What more could you want? Well, actually it was the vibe and the people that made me give this place a review one cut below excellent. Not that people weren't friendly, but for a Western tourist from the USA, this is a place with a distinctly North African Arab feeling and few of the people here spoke English. You have these burly security guards around, the gym looks pretty tough and when you ask for stuff such as a piece of gym equipment, people don't understand what you are asking for. For instance, I asked two managers for a foam roller in the gym (and demonstrated what they were), and they said they didn't have any. Later I found a closet with 10 of them inside. In the restaurant, if you don't get up and ask for a person to take or bring your order, you might sit there a long while. I had to beg several times to get my breakfast before running out to the airport. The food was pretty good, by the way. The gym is open till 11 and the pool is open 24/7. There is a bathing suit spinner. The pool is an excellent heated lap pool and there are items such as flippers around. The elevators are a bit slow and that was bothersome. There are no real attractions nearby for a tourist to visit so this is not an ideal location for a tourist. I stayed here because i thought it would be cool to have a rooftop terrace for a night in Paris overlooking the Eiffel. I also liked having a hotel with a great health club. But I'd rather have more Western-looking tourists like myself around me at a hotel with staff that spoke English (aside from the receptionist and hotel operator), and I just didn't feel all that comfortable at this place. If you want to be in a place where you feel that you are in Paris and not in a tourist hotel, this hotel is great. But I”m not a local and don't really want to mix with them when I'm just passing through. It's really a matter of taste.
