Good location, very close to the tube station. Service was okay, though sometimes the person behind the bar would disappear. Overall a good stay.

Great place, fair price for what you get. Normal small rooms, but is just the benchmark for Parisian hotels so just don't expect a suite in this city :D

Bellissimo hotel centrale a due passi dalla metro 13 , personale gentile e simpatico attento a tutte le richieste.

Hôtel charmant, bien décoré, avec des serviettes bien épaisses. Lit au confort ferme. Gros point noir : l'isolation phonique. J'ai eu une chambre sur rue et on entend bien le passage des camions poubelles le dimanche matin. Si le voisin du dessus fait tomber quelque chose, vous l'entendez. Mais le pire, c'est le métro dont on sent/entend le passage juste en dessous. De ce que les réceptionnistes disent, le 1er et le 2e sont concernés, pas au dessus. Autant dire que j'ai passé une nuit affreuse ayant un sommeil léger....

不太喜歡這家酒店的環境和佈局，房間除了咖啡桌就沒有桌子了，沒有位置擺放行李。廁浴分離，廁所在進門旁邊，是推拉門但有縫。洗澡的簾子衹能與床隔開，不能做到完全私密，如果有人從床走去門口上廁所能看見你洗澡。洗澡也沒有位置放衣服，我挪了床頭一張小凳去放。窗門可以打開伸頭出去，但不是陽台。房間空調也不知道怎麼搞的，一開就很冷，調低了也不行。剛巧那天晚上下雨有點涼，不開又挺悶的。 早餐很一般，有一店員服務挺友善的但聽不太懂英文。吃的選擇不多，基本衹有牛角包丹麥麪包和一些酸奶。不如出去吃。 在巴黎市中心來説這價格可能就這樣了，要我再住是不想了。 不過出門不遠就是地鐵，附近也有樂福超市和一些水果早餐飯店，聽説是居民區。附近走不遠有一家越南粉開到很晚，雖然店面小但服務小哥中英法都會講，可以堂食或外帶，如果來住可以去試試。

剛開始沒找到、因為就衹貼牆印了酒店名字；最明顯標誌是高高的黃色旗子、看見了就到了。酒店離地鐵口非常近，走路就1-2分鐘。邊上有不少吃的、還有中式快餐店。 房間照片找不到了、總體還是比較大的，7月份的時候估計剛裝修不久、味道稍微重了點。 PS.喜歡喝熱開水的記得買一個旅行熱水壺，可以煮來喝…法國酒店很少有燒熱水的壺

酒店位置很方便，離地鐵站就100米，前台服務很nice，性價比高，就是房間小了點，睡眠質量差的不建議住這家酒店，早上地鐵開始工作了床也會有震動感

還行，交通方便，一般住住可以

The best hotel’s staff and service in France! I really recommend you this place for your trips or stay in Paris. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and kindly answering my queries.

Cosy little hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations, which we were not informed about in advance. This meant that we were woken up every day, even at the weekend, with noise from the renovation. One can only hope that the renovation involves a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, as the rooms do not allow privacy when using the bathroom.

Room layout and furnishings unfortunately differed considerably from photos, was very loud both at check-in and especially the next morning when trying to sleep in on a Sunday. Room was supposed to have slippers. Front desk informed me upon asking that only the cabin has them. No tea or tea kettle in room. Was given some tea upon asking but told to use the Nespresso machine for hot water. Unfortunately the water that came out was brown, with lots of black specks, presumably from the buildup of coffee pods. Heating kept auto turning off when the temp hit 20 degrees. Sink water pressure is too high for the little water glasses so it shot everywhere. Shower leaks. While I appreciate the wheel upon check-in for a "free item" I won a glass of wine and am quite sick so can't drink at the moment. Would have been a nice gesture when I asked if I could swap it out for something else, like breakfast given the circumstances, to make a one-time exception. Also, the emails around check-in are ill-timed. I received my checkin email after I’d already checked out. Pillows are all wrong — one is too thin and the other too bloated. Really uncomfortable to sleep on.

 What I liked: friendly staff, quality of the towels. House toiletries. The manager responded timely to my feedback but unfortunately missed the points and acted as if I wasn’t clear as to the room type I’d booked when I’m actually quite clear.

We got the more expensive room. It had a picture online of a beautiful window, which was the only difference between the two, except for a little bit more space. However when we got there, it looked like the cheaper room. We emailed the hotel and they said, sorry you didn't get the one you saw, they are only on the top floor. They had no coffee pods in the room either days, a light was broken, and there was only a little bit of shampoo left.
