Good location and friendly staff .

The hotel is very conveniently located, just outside the subway! The front desk service is also very patient, and the breakfast is delicious! The hotel can also store luggage, which is very convenient. The room is a little old, but well maintained, but a little small.

The room is relatively small, but clean and tidy. This hotel was recommended to me by my client. This is my second stay. The location is very good, right next to the subway station, with a small supermarket and Asian fast food nearby. It is very convenient to take a bus to major attractions in Paris. The breakfast is just so-so, simple and exquisite.

The room was compact and clean. If you are not planning to stay indoors, then the room size will not bother you as much. The view was nice (towards the main road but since its quite high, you can barely hear the traffic). It is 3 mins away from the train/ metro station. There are restaurants, fast-food centres and cafes close by. There is an open market just down the road as well where they sell fresh sea food, variety of dishes, fruits and veg.

It was nice, and spacious consider Paris standard. Nearby got few nice bakery shops.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and up to Ibis's usual standards. The lift was quite small, but I did appreciate there was a lift. Check in and check out was smooth and quick, and the room offered everything needed for a more budget stay in Paris. The hotel is close enough to Gare du Lyon as well as the metro, several restaurants and Ubers arrive relatively quickly. The breakfast buffet was very handy - with a French style to it, which I did appreciate: croissants, madeleines, Nutella, fresh French bread, butter, cheese, coffee machines, fruit, etc. Slightly noisy maybe at night, but wasn't an issue for us.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (from 11 December 2023 to 14 December 2023) with my boyfriend. Hotel with EXCELLENT location, very close to the Metro 8 and Tram 3 stops, in a super quiet neighborhood with several Boulangries nearby that are super useful and good for having breakfast or a snack. Rather small room but with everything you need for a great stay. Bathroom without bidet. EXCELLENT cleaning. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend

Very small room not corresponding to the usual accommodation at Ibis… The shower trap needed cleaning.. difficult drainage.. No decent blackout curtain.
