Ulasan Arusha Backpackers Hotel

The night I spent here was great and it was a nice and comfortable experience. It's definitely not a luxury stay by any definition, but the place was clean, the breakfast was decent and the reception was amazing. They were especially helpful with figuring out directions and storing my luggage while I waited for my night flight.

We loved our stay and looking forward to coming back. The rooms and washrooms are clean, friendly staffs and nice breakfast. We were able to see the Mt. Meru from the rooftop restaurant. Easy transport is available just outside the entrance.

If your a solo traveler or backpeker you should simply choose arusha backpekers hotel it's the best place you can enjoy your stay thank to the staff they were so helpful for me. Nice breakfast, calm environment supportive staff I recommend it for solo

One of the cheepest hostel in Arusha. Small rooms with good beds. Hot shower and cheep laundry service, really good staff especially Paschal Shabani Matuta who helped me kindly ! Good place to meet other travellers, I recommand it

Mercy is very friendly and the staff is great. I stayed in room 109. Wifi not so great in the room. Showers are hot and good, continental breakfast starting 630 am. Top bar area has a hang out spot. Location is excellent and near gem stores and local town, walkable to a very large supermarket 7 minutes. Highly recommended. 12 usd per night for private room.

1) It is cheap 2) Bed was comfy 3) Showers were hot Cannot ask for much more as a solo backpacker! I believe there is also wifi but I never used it myself. It is also very well situated, within walking distance of the bus terminals, which is very useful given the buses to most places tend to leave at ~6am, and also close enough to restaurants and places to buy food around the city.

We have been sleeping in 3 different rooms for a total of 4 nights (before and after different trips). Water run out several times in the whole hostel and we had only warm water once. Most rooms are really noisy, not just because of the location in the centre of arusha, but also within the hostel. Ask for the most silent room (room 208 was quietst and a ok bed, some other beds have a wooden beam in the middle). Breakfast is basic but good, theres a bar but no restaurant. You can use the kitchen when asked or the staff can order food for you. The building could use some maintainance, all looked a bit rugged. Good things: luggagestorage, wifi, safe, location and the manager: very helpfull and welcoming lady who fixed a safari and mountaintrek for the price we wanted and helped us with any thing we needed.
