Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

Hôtel à l’accueil sympathique (personnel disponible et souriant, café thé à disposition à la réception), chambre et salle de bains propres, taille correcte (petite douche mais avec pommeau filtrant l’eau, miroir grossissant..), parquet, coffre fort, décoration sobre mais soignée. Seuls points négatifs : chambre peu insonorisée et ascenseur en demi palier. La chambre 56 a une petite terrasse équipée où le soleil de mi-octobre nous a permis (à 9h30) de prendre un agréable café avec une belle vue sur la Tour Eiffel, avant de profiter des alentours de ce quartier vivant à pied : rue du commerce, Centre commercial Beaugrenelle, Île aux cygnes, marché de Grenelle du dimanche et de tout Paris, le métro étant à 2 pas... Un parking (interparking Cambronne) 16€ /jour est situé à proximité mais il est conseillé de réserver à l’avance.

Excellent location for Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro is 5 min walk away (opened for a week whilst we were there). Is currently undergoing upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room is standard Paris size, clean. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. Our experience was great, no issues with shower/hot water. Many good restaurants around. Photos attached was taken from room.

I stayed at the Best Western Premier Kapital Opera in January 2023. The hotel was modern and the rooms nicely appointed and not too small as some Paris hotel rooms are. We had a large bathroom with a shower and toiletries such as soap and hand lotion were provided. Having a Nespresso coffee/tea maker in the room and in the lobby was so convenient and made mornings easier. The hotel location was wonderful and the Rome metro was about 2 blocks from the hotel. There were also three or four boulangeries offering the best in Paris pastry within three blocks or so of the hotel. A pharmacy and two supermarkets were also on the same block. The staff spoke English and were patient with me when I spoke my ”broken” French. They were kind and helpful throughout and even helped me try to locate my lost luggage. This will be my ”go to” hotel when I have the opportunity to travel to Paris.

Sarapan pagi sangat sosok... ditempah 3 malam tetapi akhirnya saya melangkau hari ke-2 dan ke-3... mereka mempunyai tukang masak untuk menyediakan telur dadar, saya memesan satu dengan setiap bahan, dan selepas beberapa minit, tukang masak memberi saya telur dadar, dan bertanya sama ada saya mahu beberapa ham, saya berkata ya, kemudian dia mengambil beberapa kepingan kecil ham dan meletakkan pada hidangan saya mengatakan telur dadar itu tanpa ham... kelakar?! Telur scramble tidak pepejal, nampaknya disediakan dengan lebihan air… terlalu sibuk pada waktu pagi dan tiada kakitangan untuk mengisi semula air panas. Makanan sejuk adalah terlalu ringkas, untuk harga sarapan pagi itu, anda boleh dengan mudah mendapatkan sesuatu yang lebih menarik di mana-mana kafe berdekatan
Bilik itu bersih, tetapi pemandangannya tidak bagus walaupun menyangka bilik saya adalah bilik ratu eksekutif…, bunyi bising dari kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan kedengaran pada jam 8 pagi juga…
Lokasi adalah ok, berjalan kaki ke metro dan pusat membeli-belah.
Terdapat sebuah restoran Korea berhampiran yang bagus, bukan yang di jalan tetapi yang di podium estet berhampiran.

This hotel exceed our expectations! I noted in our reservation that we were celebrating our mom's 70th birthday and were surprised with chocolates, wine and a very nice hand written note. The rooms were wonderful. Very clean and spacious (we were in executive and superior rooms, both were decent sized). Beds were very comfy. Loved the shower with the rain shower. Location was great, tucked in a cute street with lots of restaurants and bakeries around. It took us about 15mins to walk to the Louvre and Gallery Lafayette. We didn't take the metro, but I assume hotel was close to a station. Ubers were plentiful. My favourite part is the staff. They were all great, helped us with our bags as soon as we arrived. They were all very friendly and happy to help. I would highly recommend this place ans would definitely return!!

CChe Engku Rozeeta AbdullahWe had a fab holiday staying at the Hyatt Regency Paris. The hotel is typical of most Hyatt chains around the world. Very clean, efficient with nice bar & restaurant. The view fr the skybar was fabulous as well as fr our room. But to me the star of the hotel is the staff. They are friendly, most accommodating and go all out to make your stay a happy one ….fr the reception, concierge to the waiters and doormen. Their housekeeper broke my sons perfume, and they left a note to apologise & said they will get a replacement. They searched everywhere for the brand but couldnt find it. They repeatedly apologise & asked what they can do. They gave chocolates to my daughter. We told them it was ok but the chief concierge, Oliver Mordelet insisted. In the end he gave us a free vip taxi to our train station and waived the extra charge for late check-up. We were so touched by their genuine kindness and professionalism. We have been to Paris many times but this is the first time we felt so welcome. Thank you so much staff of Hyatt Regency Etolie. We will be back for sure!!!!

PPengguna TetamuLocation is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village.
Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it.
Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby.
They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

PPengguna TetamuI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed.
I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process.
When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows.
We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over.
We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny.
After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all.
It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude.
On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

MMargaritaThe Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again.
Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently.
Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night.
The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee.
Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel had poor standard, the decor was worn and old, but nice price and clean. It was closed to subway, and not to far for walking to attraktions. Some of the staff spoke French rather than English, so communication was difficult. Ordered continental breakfast when booking the hotel, but wanted gluten-free. Tried to get in contact with the hotel several times via email and explain, but they newer answered. When we arrived they couldn’t help us, so had to go to the grocery store and buy my own breakfast, without compensation.
