Hotel berhampiran La Cite des Enfants, Paris

Les plus: -Localisation: En 20mns on rejoint le centre de Paris. Très bien desservis par la ligne 7. Commerces, restos, boulangerie en bas. Donc très pratique. Centre commercial boumboum juste a côté: très sympa ( soirées, DJ, arcades, restos variés en espace couvert mais ouvert) pour sortir le soir tard sans crainte du retour tardif ds les rues. -Personnel très bienveillant, accueillant et disponible. Les moins: Accès catastrophique pour les bagages, enfants en bas âge, poussettes.... aucun dépose minute ni parking prévu à moins de 5mns de marche. Très compliqué à l'arrivée et au départ. Rien que pour ça je n'y retournerais plus. Le parking se trouve au C.boumboum avec des accès incompréhensibles, des ascenseurs et escaliers en panne. Une vraie galère a chaque sortie: le froid la pluie les bagages le enfants... Chambre très sommaire pour 4 personnes: pas de balai pr un brin de ménage soi même, ( ménage prévu à + 7jrs de location seulement). Pas de grille pain ( tres compliqué avec le four micro onde),

Very nice Ibis hotel close to the Saint-Martin canal, around 8-minute walking distance to the Corentin Cariou metro station. Neighborhood is nice and not touristy at all. Room was very clean with a television, little desk and bathroom. Decent size and cleaned up every day Breakfast was really nice with breads, cold cuts, cheese, lots of jams, fruits, yogurt, cereals, eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee, tea and juice. Can be crowded depending on the time you show up. You do get to hear neighbors in other rooms but I hear no bothering noise at night and slept well. I would stay there again for sure.

This is a Bio (Organic) Italian restaurant, a very short walk from the Tour de Eiffel. The service (in both French and English was friendly and prompt. We ordered from the Plat du Jour - Spaghetti Carbonara and the Veal Milanese with a hot goats cheese salad to start and a absolutely delicious tiramisu for dessert all for the grand price of 15 Euros each. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and despite the fact that we live quite far away in the 5th, we will be returning here again for sure. Certainly worth trying this place out!

The hotel has all the facilities of a basic budget accommodation. Also as it is an Accor brand, you can expect the standard room amenities and layout. I stayed at this property for 2 nights. There is nothing amazing about it, but you get what you pay for! The hotel wasn't too cheap either and I paid about €300 for two nights jncl. taxes (note I stayed during the Paris Air Show week as I was attending the show. All hotels in Paris were equally or even higher priced). My check-in was carried out by an extremely rude and unprofessional male member of the staff. He was neither welcoming nor happy to do his job. Halfway through the check-in process, he referred me to his female colleague as the system wasn't working on his side. To my luck, the female staff member was really polite and respectful. She was not only warm and courteous, but also efficient in the way she carried out her duties. I quickly went to my room The room itself is nothing special. It has basic furniture, a desk and chair, TV, hangers for your clothes and bed side racks. The bathroom was quite tiny and while taking a shower, the entire bathroom got wet and flooded. I think the shower cubicle has a leakage. The bathroom just had one bottle of all purpose body and hair wash. There was no hand wash near the basin. The towels were of cheap quality - but again, this is Ibis Budget, so not expecting anything more! The room was well maintained and clean, which is nice! I had chosen a breakfast included rate, but oh my, the breakfast was a joke! The bread and croissant tasted industrial and it felt like they were delivered from outside. Too bad for a hotel to not bake its own bread or croissant! There were two types of juices - it said fresh, but it tasted artificial. There was yogurt, stale looking fruit pieces, cream cheese, butter and boiled egg. That's all! The least they could have kept is flavoured yogurt, some ham and maybe scrambled eggs! This was absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. But again, the staff was courteous here and the cafeteria was clean at least! During checkout, I requested to store my bags for a few hours and to my surprise they charge hotel guests €2 per bag! This is ridiculous! Even though I don't mind paying the money but I feel a hotel guest must never have to pay to store their bags! It's not like people are coming from the street to store their bags in this hotel! C'mon Accor Group, you can let hotel guests store their bags for free - it's basic courtesy and hospitality! The hotel is located at the very end of the Metro line 12 in Aubervilliers. The neighborhood is okay to spend 1-2 nights maximum. Even though I didn't have any safety issues, I must say at times I felt an eerie feeling. But again in Paris, you must be careful of pickpockets everywhere. The only plus point is its proximity to CDG Airport and direct metro access to Paris City. Will I stay here again? First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The hotel is brand new, there are no building issues, other than there are mosquitoes in the rooms - even in November! - and you can't get rid of them. The rooms are quite big. The bathroom is perfectly adequate. The beds are uncomfortable, not even Ibis standard. Location is terrible. The local tram stop has been closed for months. The nearest metro is 15 minutes' walk, and even then it's a very long way from central Paris. I was almost mugged on the street near the hotel at 8.30pm, the area really isn't very safe. On checkin the towels were dirty and covered in blood. Even when refreshed they stank. Breakfast is single-use environmental-catastrophe kind of stuff. No point having compostable plates if you mix it with the plastic from the cheese. But far better just to have washable plates and cutlery in the first place. There are better options for your stay in Paris. Do choose them instead.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

地點離凱旋門不遠。但是離埃菲爾鐵塔和盧浮宮比較遠。離1號線地鐵站很近。早飯一般般。裝修比較乾淨但是沒有什麼歷史感
