Hotel berhampiran Luxembourg Palace, Paris

Very Parisian quirky hotel close to the Latin quarter , Luxembourg gardens a bit of a retro feel on the hallway walls but the rooms a quite plain. Our room was overlooking the back and side street which had 2 French doors to open for fresh air , however you need to close at night as can get noisy with sirens blasting. The lift is a tad small luck to fit 1 person and a bag which made us laugh but more convenient then carrying up the stairs. Only disappointing thing was that you only get 1 small bottle of water and a small supply of tea and coffee, which I believe should be refilled daily. They have a modern safe system which we had to download the app to access. Friendly staff, clean and great location.

The location of this hotel is excellent in a vibrant area of Paris with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Its within walking distance to a number of key attractions and there is a metro station a few hundred metres away which provides easy access to everywhere else. The hotel is good value, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms basic yet comfortable and spacious as a solo traveller. Shower leaked a bit into the bathroom and room could do with some chairs and storage but all minor given the value and location which were what was most important for me. There is a cafe that is part of the reception area. Given the location and value I would stay again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. It is a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is hard to find rooms for 4 but they could accommodate. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in old buildings in Europe. It had such character and what we wanted. We could control the air conditioning in our room which was nice. The windows also opened and we could see the tip of the Eiffel tower to watch it sparkle at night. Breakfast is downstairs in a cave like area which is really cool and fresh squeezed orange juice and meats, fresh eggs and pastries. Only 5 minutes to a metro and many of the highlights you want to see in Paris are within walking distance. Some great restaurants only minutes away and a patisserie across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if/when we get back to Paris.

A very pleasant hotel for a reasonable price. Clean rooms, towels changed daily Poor bathroom lighting but it's irrelevant at this price. Service very helpful and polite. A lot of restaurants in the area, a wonderful bakery with coffee and baguettes for breakfast. Subway, buses, train station, everything nearby. Fairly safe neighborhood. Of course, as everywhere in tourist agglomerations, you have to watch out for pickpockets. 30 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. All major attractions can be reached by metro. To Versailles by train from the nearby station for 4€. I recommend

I wish I'd listened to the few recent bad reviews that had been written about this property and kept my reservation at our original small boutique, well-rated BW affiliated hotel. However, given we were only staying a night and that it was offered for a reasonable number of points for as a Bonvoy reward, I took the jump. Elite members used to decent Marriott-branded hotels, spend the extra points and choose one of the other Paris hotels (the Westin, the other Marriott or the Renaissance). I can confirm that: -AC or the hotel's ventilation system currently doesn't work. Windows don't open. We had the vent blowing on ”high” and it was just recirculating air. I have a travel clock that's also a thermometer. We never managed to cool the room below 24C. It was around 13 or 14C outside that night. Shouldn't have been that hard to cool down the room by 2-3 degrees to sleep well. I love the thick feather duvets Marriott uses, but not when the room can't be cooled down to 20-21C. When I called the service hotline, I was told they were having issues with the system and it was what it was. No offer to even bring up a fan. Nothing. It was a ”oh well, too bad” attitude. -We also had toilet issues. Our toilet flushed poorly. You had to hold the flush button for at least 30 seconds to properly flush anything. -Platinum/Titanium elite members, forget about receiving any value or being recognized here. I don't expect an upgrade to a suite or the top corner room every time I stay. I understand hotels do what they can with what they have available. Their inventory shows ”executive” rooms and diffetent types of suites available. We booked a standard ”Paris view” king room and received a ”Paris view, high floor” king room. The way the floors are built, the elevators are in the middle. There's around 15, maybe 18 rooms to the left or right of the elevator lobby on each floor. Our door was 4 doors away. Couldn't even be bothered to place us further away. That was my minimal expectation. No slippers or bathrobes in rooms here. Poor shower pressure. Good luck washing your hair if you have long ones. -Front desk: The coldest reception welcome I've received at a Marriott in a long time. I swear if Bill Marriott was still CEO, properties like this would get a call from HQ to review their staff training. We are French Canadians. The agent was struggling in French and answered us in English a few times even though we were clearly not English speakers. That was extremely odd in Paris. No mention of Bonvoy status, only that, and I quote ”breakfast is not included. Because of your membership, you can take the continental buffet tomorrow morning at the restaurant. Normally, it's not included, but we don't have a lounge at the moment”. Jeez louise, I felt like I was being handed a favour... -There's a ”Bonvoy Elite” line for the front desk, but it was neither manned or enforced in the evening when we arrrived, or the following day at check out, where the line was all t

Really nice place to stay. People are friendly and shower tools are good.Good location. Restaurant is good for breakfast. You can encounter people all over the world. That’s the choice!

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. Later, the hotel staff invited me to the police station. I hurried to the police station, and the police station asked me to call 17 when I went back to the hotel. They will follow the procedure. Those who want to stay, please take care of your own property safety and be mentally prepared''The hotel manager will not be very active in dealing with it'' But on the night of the incident, the lady at the counter was really friendly and eager to help. 我3月17日入住這個飯店。 3月18日我中午11:50 離開飯店。 離開時四人房裡只有我一個人。其他房客已退房。 也在確認自己20吋行李箱鎖好。並且雙重鎖在30吋行李箱內。 而筆電鎖在飯店提供的鐵櫃裡，也雙重確認上了鎖頭。才離開房間。 下午PM 18:40 我回到飯店。先在一樓大廳充電完 PM 19:40分回到2樓。 用磁卡打開門時，發現20吋行李箱從30吋行李箱裡被拿出來。 兩件行李都已被破壞打開並遺失東西。 鐵櫃上的鎖頭也被破壞，裡面筆電也不被拿走。 我立即下樓告知飯店櫃台，並請她跟我上樓看。 後來飯店人員請我去警察局。我趕快到了警察局，警察局人員請我再回到飯店先致電17。他們會照程序。 回到飯店後，晚上 PM 22:50 我打了電話到17。晚上 PM 23:09 警察人員就到飯店了解現場。 當晚到場的其中一個警察跟我們說，上週這間飯店的305號房也發生房內竊盜案。 3月19日 AM 11:00 有警察到飯店房間拍照並再詢問後，他們請我過來警察局報案。 一直到等到3月21日上午經理Michael GIROD上班，他態度不是很好，也沒有道歉。只說會告知保險公司。 想要住的人請小心自身財產安全及有心理準備‘’飯店經理不會很積極的處理‘’ 但是事發當晚，櫃台小姐真的很友善且熱心幫忙。

The room is clean and ok, the bathroom as well. The breakfast is perfect and the stuff is very willing to help. The location is closely to the Metro station, so all in all everything fine and for sure a good recommendation to stay!

酒店設施非常新，大部分保養不錯。服務非常好，前台工作人員大部分比較友善，態度好。早餐品種一般，但比較精緻，每種醬料都是單獨的玻璃小瓶包裝。尊享房房間非常大，小套房格局，兩個電視機。如果選擇住在馬約門到凱旋門附近，這裡是性價比首選，房間和服務吊打3min遠的凱悦。
