It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

It was an overnight stay when coming to Paris for the first time. It was important for me that the hotel was close to the center. I was completely satisfied with the location and conditions of the hotel. Pleasant interior, amenities, good and responsive staff. I can definitely recommend it to other potential overnighters who want to explore Paris.

This hotel is located in an amazingly central area with lots of food and sights to be seen. The room is comfy and super clean. There was no toothbrush, or shaving kit, but there was a sewing kit, which I found strange. Other than that, room was perfect. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lovely stay in the heart of Paris.

The Hotel Relais St. Sulpice is a quaint little villa turned hotel. Everything about it was fine expect for the fact that the aircondioning in our room did not work the whole time we were there, It was hot and humid in Paris at that time so we had to open the windows which unfortunately allowed the mosquitos in. I still have bites that are healing. Breakfast was good, if slightly expensive. The location is not close to much however it is very close to four different Metro lines and you can get just about anywhere on the Metro.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Excellent hotel in terms of their services, room cleanliness, and great location - easily go to the tourist attractions. The staff also speaks good English. Not noisy at all even when I stay on the first floor. I will definitely book this hotel if I come to Paris.

I travel a LOT and find that boutique hotels in Paris tend to have issues with the quality of rooms & furnishings or spotty service (since they have fewer staff than large 5* hotels). However, this is an exceptional 5* boutique hotel. The rooms are quiet, beautifully appointed and immaculate (service 2x per day). The front desk service is highly attentive and capable. The left bank location is absolutely perfect, walkable to many many restaurants, the metro (1 block), shopping and Musee D'Orsay. Most Americans will find the beds a little firmer than usual and won't favor the espresso in the room. But those are individual preferences. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The premium quadruple room is newly renovated and had huge comfortable bathroom with bath tub and separate shower room and wc. The quadruple room had a king bed and a queen sofa bed. When the sofa bed is opened there's no room to walk. The main lift broke down one the day we checked out. Luckily there are other smaller lifts nearby. Breakfast was very good with sausages bacan boiled eggs and many types of pastries, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. Very convenient location.

Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan, semuanya sangat cantik, pemandangannya menakjubkan, tetapi kami mempunyai sesuatu untuk dikatakan, kami tidak begitu berpuas hati kerana kami mendapat alahan dari permaidani yang tidak kelihatan sangat bersih (memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian), tetapi pemandangannya sempurna dan perkhidmatannya hebat.
