Hotel berhampiran National Museum of the Middle Ages di Paris

The hotel is excellently located at the heart of the Latin Quarter, less than 50 meters from the Place de St. Michel. The hotel staff are extremely nice, funny and helpful. They offered us a room with a balcony and truly made our stay in Paris the most romantic ever. It was near the Tootbus stop, walking distance from Notre Dame, right beside the Metro and from Gare du Nord to the hotel by taxi was quite affordable. Some things maybe not so convenient was the size of the toilet and the noise from the streets below in the evening. Early morning wee hours we can hear some youths drunk and making noise below. But overall the lovely outlook of the building and its location outweighs any challenges. We highly recommend this hotel. The next time we're in Paris, we will surely return to this place.

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

Good hotel. Solid experience. Feels like a 4 star hotel. Kind and accommodating staff. Giving me extra soft tissues as I had a cold during my stay. Nice little french balcony. Good location near metro and lots of restaurants and bars. Close to notre dame, and jardin luxembourg. Walkable pretty neighborhood(Paris 5eme) right by Sorbonne University. Would come back, hopefully without a cold next time. Only drawback, bar is seldom serviced and the selection is limited.

There were no categorical minuses, only obvious pluses. The hotel does not provide a transfer, we took a taxi from booking. We checked in late at night - without any additional payments, as in other hotels. Great location, we were accommodated in a small but cozy room (room 46) on the 7th floor, from one window you could see Notre Dame and Sacré Coeur, and from the other the Eiffel Tower, special thanks for such views. All sights are within easy reach , from the hotel to the Tower on the Seine, an hour's walk, as well as to the Sacré-Coeur, not far from delicious bakeries (bakery is love !!!), shops, pharmacies and the metro, where you can get directly to Disneyland and Versailles. Cleaning in the room every day - take out the trash, change towels, fill the bed. Were in the winter - heating due to air conditioning and an electric battery. Soap, cups, shower gel and shampoo are provided, but there are no slippers and there is not enough curtain in the shower. At the reception there is a map of Paris, if suddenly someone needs it, a brochure with excursions, if necessary, you can ask for a corkscrew) Very beautiful elevator Thank you very much for your hospitality, I definitely recommend

In the 6th off a quiet street but close to shopping, brassieres and cafes, and a metro stop. Had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. Quirky and artsy decor. Hospitable and helpful staff (and so patient with first time Paris visitors). Our room was always very clean; small but I think typical sq ft for Paris. It was perfect for us. Great value for the money.

It was an overnight stay when coming to Paris for the first time. It was important for me that the hotel was close to the center. I was completely satisfied with the location and conditions of the hotel. Pleasant interior, amenities, good and responsive staff. I can definitely recommend it to other potential overnighters who want to explore Paris.

Good points : spotlessly clean,modern and very central Room has a phone,alarm clock,iron and built in wardrobes,a safe and drawers to put stuff in BBC world news available on a 40' TV (all the rest were French) Staff very friendly and helpful Bad points : Tiny rooms,I was in a privilege room and frankly would be worried about the under privileged It was so tiny,you wouldn't swing a cat in it There was no balcony,you'd be forgiven for thinking there might be having seen the website and you'd certainly wonder what you paid extra for There is a window that opens wide You will have an awful lot of street noise Breakfast : if you want a fried egg or an Omelette, you're handed the pan and the cooker is turned on for you.. There are some luke warm 'hot breakfast items,cold meats and various continental breakfast items Coffee is brought to your table for you (from a machine I think),nothing else Basically you're getting a 2.5* functional experience here Would I stay again? Not really Too small and too basic

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. I can’t possibly capture in words what a beautiful stay I had here. From the first contact confirming my reservation to the checkout was perfect! This was my first trip to Paris and they made it so special. I splurged on the panoramic view room with a balcony and it was huge! Gorgeous views of the Latin Quarter and the Pantheon! I ordered a half bottle of champagne to be waiting on my arrival but because of a misunderstood e-mail they didn’t know I confirmed the request. They quickly remedied the situation and arranged (after hours) for a beautiful set-up! The bathroom was spacious with a multi head shower and rain shower. And of course the very European towel warmer! A separate water closet with a completely automatic bidet incorporated into the toilet, including a bum dryer. It was insanely fancy. The staff was stellar. So friendly and accommodating. They even humored me when I wanted to speak French to them. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful hotel. It’s in the perfect location on a quiet street in the middle of the Latin Quarter.
