Hotel berhampiran Tiffany & Co. (Le Bon Marché), Paris

This hotel was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to help. I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely use them again. Value for money and clean rooms. Very high standard and brilliant staff thank you.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Hôtel à l’accueil sympathique (personnel disponible et souriant, café thé à disposition à la réception), chambre et salle de bains propres, taille correcte (petite douche mais avec pommeau filtrant l’eau, miroir grossissant..), parquet, coffre fort, décoration sobre mais soignée. Seuls points négatifs : chambre peu insonorisée et ascenseur en demi palier. La chambre 56 a une petite terrasse équipée où le soleil de mi-octobre nous a permis (à 9h30) de prendre un agréable café avec une belle vue sur la Tour Eiffel, avant de profiter des alentours de ce quartier vivant à pied : rue du commerce, Centre commercial Beaugrenelle, Île aux cygnes, marché de Grenelle du dimanche et de tout Paris, le métro étant à 2 pas... Un parking (interparking Cambronne) 16€ /jour est situé à proximité mais il est conseillé de réserver à l’avance.

The cabin room was actually pretty small & tight to start with. It actually is a 4 bed dormitory divided into 4 cabins (made of wood). There isn't enough space in the room because it's literally just the bed. So you can easily hear what the other person is playing on the mobile. Moreover, the breakfast is pretty basic. The staff at the reception was very helpful, I requested for a late checkout and they helped me.

Impressive youth hostel in a great location with 20 mins walk to Notre Dame and 30 mins to the Lourve Museum. Good personal facilities in bucket bed, and a beautiful greenhouse cafe. The only issue was the shower, as you have to press it every 3-4 seconds.

Second stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. Nice and close to metro, restaurants and a short walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff always friendly and willing to help if need be . Very clean hotel.

The room size isnt as generous as you would expect for a 1 bedroom suite but it did fit family of 4. The AC wasn't really working and the washing machine was faulty. Reported it to the concierge but still not fixed the next day. Luckily there is a self-help laundramat about 300 meters from the hotel. The location is great and central and with easy access to scooters and bikes which I reckon is the best way to get around Paris.

Very good location and safe, next to M Vaneau. The front desk personnel, the lady at the breakfast bar and the tech were all very polite and courteous, they were even friendly and kind. This makes me want to return to this hotel, only because they made me feel taken care of. The only thing I would recommend is changing the old carpet in the bedrooms or exposing the natural wood that might be hiding underneath. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Not an elegant hotel, but the nicest people taking care of their guests.

Good hotel. Solid experience. Feels like a 4 star hotel. Kind and accommodating staff. Giving me extra soft tissues as I had a cold during my stay. Nice little french balcony. Good location near metro and lots of restaurants and bars. Close to notre dame, and jardin luxembourg. Walkable pretty neighborhood(Paris 5eme) right by Sorbonne University. Would come back, hopefully without a cold next time. Only drawback, bar is seldom serviced and the selection is limited.

Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan, semuanya sangat cantik, pemandangannya menakjubkan, tetapi kami mempunyai sesuatu untuk dikatakan, kami tidak begitu berpuas hati kerana kami mendapat alahan dari permaidani yang tidak kelihatan sangat bersih (memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian), tetapi pemandangannya sempurna dan perkhidmatannya hebat.
