Hotel berhampiran You & Me Paris, Paris

Just returned from a lovely weekend at the Timhotel, Montmartre. Have used this hotel many times when in Paris but this is my first visit back in 7 years. Situated in a beautiful square with nearby restaurants and cafes and near to Sacre Coeur. The area was very busy being Easter weekend but nothing detracts from the splendour of the area. The bedroom was small, quite normal for the area, but functional. The bed was so comfortable, with quality pillows and bedding. Lovely en suite bathroom. We didn’t use the hotel for breakfast and tried different cafes where there was an average price of ten euros. The area, like most of Paris, isn’t cheap when it comes to food and drink but still very much worth the money just for the ambience and the sheer pleasure of being in Montmartre! I have to thank all of the hotel reception staff that we met on this visit - kind, helpful, every one. After a bit of a slog from Charles de Gaulle airport by train into Gare de Nord then taxi up to the hotel, we decided to opt for a taxi transfer on the way back and this was arranged by hotel reception without a problem. Well worth it in my opinion. In closing I would highly recommend the Timhotel and again thank the staff for a fabulous stay in Paris.

Ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel Audran i primi di settembre. Ho già avuto modo di recensire molto positivamente sia la camera che l'ottima posizione. Desidero nuovamente ringraziare anche per l'ottimo servizio, la cortesia che mi hanno riservato e per essersi prodigati per farmi riavere un paio di occhiali da vista dimenticati sul comodino della camera in cui ho soggiornato. Mi sono arrivati con grande celerità ed in perfette condizioni. Non mancherò di prenotare presso l'Hotel Audran durante la mia prossima visita a Parigi! Grazie mille!

Very close to metro station and the receptionist is helpful. Luggage storage is provided but not seemed very safe. We do not have hot water in one day of our stay, the receptionist explained clearly and helped us.

We had a mistake booking our nights with them on the wrong date which non modifiable but they were kind enough to rebook it for free. They were so kind esp Bruno. We booked the hotel as we thought we would be getting off at Paris Nord which is near to the hotel but again our poor planning we arrived at Paris Orly so the hotel is a bit far to most of the touristic spots but Bruno was helpful to direct where to spend our tight schedule. May I just suggest to replace the pillows as they are already worn out Thank you.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. I stayed one night on my own, first the positives: room was clean, bed was comfy, didn’t have any noise overnight, the rate is cheap. But, I had some issues. The bathroom (only that for some reason, not the room at all) smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed side light on one side was broken - no problem as I just slept in the other bed, but would have been a pain if I stayed with my husband as we both like to read in bed. Also as others have said they area isn’t that great, but I was visiting a friend who lived locally so that couldn’t be helped. For me the most frustrating thing was the service. It took 30 minutes to check in, and there were only four people in the queue ahead of me. It was really frustrating. It looked like maybe the systems were slow and also maybe the guests ahead of me had some tricky requests, but 30 mins to wait was just too long. Also I left my phone charger, and the next day emailed the address from my reservation confirmation - I was told it was fine to just go to the reception. Which I did, but they couldn’t find it. I was told I was too late as the cleaning staff had gone home and to come back on Monday (this was a Friday and we left Paris the next morning - I had moved to a different hotel by then). I’m sure they’re not the only hotel to have this system, and possibly the cleaning staff hadn’t found or stored it - but it seems to me a really basic thing to ask cleaning staff to put any found items somewhere accessible so that front office staff can quickly retrieve it for guests that come back to collect forgotten belongings. All of us will be travelers with limited time, and I think it would make sense as a simple way to offer a better customer experience. Also, the head office which received my email could have simply passed on my request so that it was received in time, before the cleaning staff staff left, or let me know that I had go before a certain time. I know it was my responsibility in leaving it, but after taking time out of a short Paris trip to go back to the hotel, it was so frustrating to be told that it could not be found and to come back after the weeked.

Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa kami sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan, semuanya sangat cantik, pemandangannya menakjubkan, tetapi kami mempunyai sesuatu untuk dikatakan, kami tidak begitu berpuas hati kerana kami mendapat alahan dari permaidani yang tidak kelihatan sangat bersih (memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian), tetapi pemandangannya sempurna dan perkhidmatannya hebat.

We spent 3 nights here as a group of 6 (3 rooms) during September. Hotel was fabulous, very clean and modern, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. I think it must have been refurbished recently as the rooms were not at all dated as the previous reviews state. Our 3rd floor room even had a view of the Eiffel tower. Just around the corner from the train station and local shops plus an excellent Italian restaurant recommended by hotel staff. The only slight problem was we had to ask for more breakfast items to be put out each day, but I guess this is preferable to a lot wastage/dry bread. Would certainly recommend if you don't mind being a short train ride out of the city centre.

Un accueil souriant, des personnes aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’Aparthotel est neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Le studio est chaleureux, et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Bref, un établissement à conseiller et découvrir si vous vous rendez dans le coin 👍🏼

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
