SSpanish LatteMy family and I had a splendid stay here in Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. We were greeted with beautiful smiles, not on our 1st day only, but every single day. Their warmth and hospitality tells you, you're coming back here again! Special shout out to Syeda from our breakfast and Tere too. They were simply amazing people who made our holiday even special. They would help in every way they could to make our experience amazing. The hotel management even gave us the space to wash up after our desert stay! That was such a help as it meant a lot to my family since my parents, who are quite elderly, needed a comfortable space to freshen themselves! Ouh wells, they're not as adventurous as us😉 On our last day, the breakfast team even presented a full chocolate cake to us. It was such a heart-warming moment.

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel.
Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties.
On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

RRicky_CThe Emirate Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the Abu Dhabi is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. I want to take pictures of every detail 😅. The bed and pillows are just right – nice and firm for me, while the bathrobe is super soft. The service at this so-called 8-star hotel is truly excellent. On the day of check-in, I didn't pick up my room, but I could still use the hotel facilities. The staff are very attentive; they even brought me a towel at the beach because they were worried I might feel cold. The Mandarin Oriental really guarantees a great experience. It’s much better than the Burj Al Arab. The beach is beautiful, the night views are stunning, but just touring the hotel took a long time 😂. The gold-flaked coffee is really just for the Instagram post; it’s nothing special. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety.

PPengguna TetamuThe stay was truly enjoyable, and my entire family was fully satisfied. The reception staff and housekeeping team were very polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant staff during breakfast—they were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which made our mornings even more pleasant.
The ambiance and hospitality of the hotel were excellent, and we genuinely had a great time.
The only concern we faced was with the bathroom drainage system. While using the bathtub, water tended to accumulate on the floor due to improper drainage, which caused some inconvenience.
Apart from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider visiting again.

ZZamir Shahul kamalMenikmati penginapan. Bilik tidak begitu besar, kemudahannya tidak seperti yang berada di kedudukan 5 bintang. Saya sendiri menetap di Dubai dan sering berkunjung ke Abu Dhabi kerana ia adalah stesen kerja saya.
Ini adalah penginapan pertama saya dengan Jannah Burj Al Sarab. Secara keseluruhan hotel menyediakan kemudahan yang baik.
TV perlu ditukar kepada TV pintar yang membolehkan kami menyambungkan Android dan . Perkhidmatan bilik tidak muncul kepada saya kerana menyemak TV mempunyai sebarang masalah sambungan.
Kualiti program dalam TV terlalu lama, dan ia tidak bertaraf 5 bintang. Pada masa kini, hotel 4 bintang pun disediakan dengan semua sambungan pintar (YouTube / prime / Netflix.
Mesej alu-aluan yang dipaparkan di TV yang tidak kami kemas kini, ia benar-benar memalukan. Mengenai diri yang sama telah memaklumkan perkara yang sama, walaupun selepas memaklumkan masih nama orang tempahan yang sama yang dipaparkan di TV.
Dilampirkan dengan gambar untuk pemahaman anda yang lebih baik, dari semua pengalaman kami bagus.

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

HHera SzSwimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi.
Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind .
If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa .
Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .

Coffee cup was only 1 instead of 2
Can focus on more maintenance as found rust in the toilet.
All in all good stay. Will visit again as value for money considering the location and basment parking was also comfortable.
