Excellent location – very close to mascot station and bus stop Clean and modern rooms – My room was spacious with a beautiful view, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a rain shower. Great service – The front desk staff were friendly

I would love to stay here again if I am in Sydney for a stopover. The location is very close to the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle bus service for $12 one way. The room is clean and comfortable, and the decor is stylish and modern. The service is great, and all the staff are friendly and professional. 

The hotel is so convenient for people travelling as transient pax becsuse of its closeness to the departure terminal bldg. Furthermore, no need to eorry about where to have nyoir meal as there were hotel restaurants plus fast food outlets in the airport terminal bldg..

Stay here for my son 1st birthday, we got a birthday post card and it was really sweet. The staff in reception is kind and welcoming, breakfast is absolutely amazing. Location is in Mascot near the airport which is a great deal for traveler. The kids pool is awesome. I wonder if there any halal beverages in Plane Spotter, if any i would like to try in my next visit. Overall really recommended place to stay during layover or for family outing like u

I kindly asked if someone can help me bring my bags aince I was too exhausted and palpitating, the guy who's attending to me immediately said they are a polterless hotel. Fortunately the other bloke at reception kindly did it for me. I paid for shuttle service and guy is giving me a torn 20$ bill, I said I wont accept it. He then said thats the only one they have but I said, I don't care i still wont accept it. To cut it short, I just ordered a 20$ food and told him to use my change as payment. Also last year when I stayed at mantra, they did not take a security deposit, but this time they asked for 200$ security bond. I had a stomach ache the whole night, not sure if food or water. They dont even give out complimentary water and told me the water in the faucet is drinkable. I will not stay there again

Close to the airport and generally ok for the cost. Could do with a bit of renovation but was comfortable enough for a few days

We are a friends 3 plus my daughter and we have a nice stay here, all basic you need in the hotel were there like kettle,, cups coffee, tea and sugar. Staff were friendly and accommodating . Easy access to the airport a 10 mins walk and very affordable. All in all happy and satisfied. Thank you.

The hotel is a couple of minutes away from Mascot train station. The room was tidy, well set, had all the amenities, and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and had what all you may need. The hotel cafe is great. The service, staff, and everything was immaculate.
