저희는 밤 12시에 도착하는 일정이였는데 미리 문의 드렸더니 너무 쉽게 들어갈수 있도록 해놓아주셔서 쉽게 체크인했고 밥도 만들어 먹을수 있어서 저녁도 맛나게 먹고 무엇보다 너무 깨끗해서 좋았고 위치도 바로 비치 앞이라 시간 관계상 제대로 놀지 못한게 너무 아쉽네요 선샤인 햇빛도 강한대 지하 주차장 이용이라 너무 좋았고 리셉션 여자 직원분 이름도 기억해주시고 너무나도 아름답고 좋은 분이셨습니다 강추 합니다

The cabin had everything we needed for a little winter birthday getaway. We were greeted by lovely Lisa, given a breakfast basket and complimentary bath bombs upon check in. We also purchased a little fireplace pack with everything we needed for just 30 dollars, delivered to our cabin. Location is great, very tranquil but so close to Buderim shops and many cafes, and only 15 min drive to the coast. Perfect place for a special occasion.

A spacious apartment with excellent cooking facilities. Only missing salt and pepper for cooking which would have been handy. When staying only a couple of days you don't want to have to purchase basics like s & p. Be aware that our apartment door did not lock automatically when closed, you have to lock from inside then close it, in order to lock it. We did not realise and left it unlocked the first day. We were told some parts of the complex are the same. Lovely and quiet location. Beautiful beach a short walk from complex. Great easy parking. We enjoyed our stay in Alexandra Headlands. Reception staff very helpful and lovely. Great French bakery near by.

Absolutely recommend this place!! Right from check in, being an easy and informative process. Great customer service!! Good car parking space, and very clean lift. Room was fantastic! Spacious, full apartment setup. Kitchen and facilities, well equipped. Bedrooms spacious and clean. Lots of spare blankets/pillows in both rooms. Bathrooms both main and ensuite, are very clean and well presented. Beds are comfy and and are setup with smart tvs. Very modern apartment with a big outdoor area with large 6 seater outdoor furniture for eating and or entertaining. Pool, Spa and Sauna were well used by my family and are well maintained. Walking distance to the beach, and main shopping centre and great eateries of Mooloolaba. We were literally in the heart of Mooloolaba. I can’t wait for our next trip, and will without a doubt book Alexandra on the Pacific again! The room is bit old but clean, great location and the pool and spa are nice. The kids’ play room is old and bit messy, unfortunately the reception staff was not on site so when we need to contact the staff over the phone she sounded confused too😂

The apartment is well located, not very clean but acceptable. All the staff were very nice and friendly with me, helpful! But don’t forget to bring your own Shampoo , conditioner & Bodywash🌟 Everything was walkable in here. It’s all good! Room was clean, had a nice balcony view. Staff were good with communication, Highly recommend. *Highly recommend one of the best Cafe ☕️ - The Good Eats Mooloolaba 👏🏼👏🏼

Great stay at Windward Apartments. Directly across the road from the beach with interrupted (but still great) views of the ocean. You can park the car and walk every where. Unit was comfortable and clean (but a little dated). On-site managers were friendly and helpful. Games area for kids/ families, with entertainment packs for kids- great touch!

We loved the apartment perfect location. Comfortable bed great shower everything you need in the kitchen and lounge.. Lovely balcony space.. Took a little getting used to the rubbish shoot at various times of the night other guests were using.. Very noisey and Abit scary at times.

The environment is OK, long time from the beach, free parking, just a few minutes away, the staff is friendly. It just rained for a few days, and the sound of rain on the glass at night was too loud. The swimming pool was a little small and there were only two fitness equipment. Cost-effective

No information provided before booking about the pool and kids games room being under construction. Our room had a great view of a concrete slab that slightly resembled a pool. Whilst looking into the neighbouring resort that had a nice pool. Having two boys aged 8 and 10 and showing them photos of where we were staying only to arrive and find out we couldn’t even go for a swim in the pool was very disappointing. Paid the extra money to stay there just because they had a nice pool and games room. Receptionist was unavailable and useless. Couldn’t even provide a second key let alone a parking spot for our room. Wouldn’t stay there again.
