"Great location right on the Esplanade with dedicated secure parking. Beautifully appointed apartment, tastefully furnished in neutral tones - they have thought of nearly everything you could need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Comfy lounge and bedroom, lovely bathroom with rain shower, dressing room with complimentary safe and fully equipped kitchen including washer and dryer. Surprisingly no facilities to recycle bottles or cans. Pool quite small with very few loungers for the size of the building but beach is just across the street. Would recommend."

"Having booked sixteen nights at Sirocco Mooloolaba at over $500 per night we were horrified to be confronted with major roadworks happening directly outside our apartment, the noise started at 6.30am until 3pm. This information was not disclosed to us. When we contacted the agency they said the owner told us to close the door and turn on the air-conditioning and he refused any refund or compensation. The problem with that solution is that not only is there horrendous noise outside, inside they are doing major renovations two floors at a time, this meant that there was also jack hammering noise happening inside the apartment. It was so bad, we are leaving after three nights and putting in a claim with fair trading, we honestly couldn’t stay there any longer. If you value your peace, do not stay here.I tried adding a video of how bad the noise is but it would only let me add photos."

"Zanzibar is perfectly located opposite the beach and close to all Mooloolaba"s attractions. My hubby and I have stayed (with another couple) at Zanzibar the past two years. The apartment has plenty of room for 2 couples and we were able to get one where the single beds could be pushed together to make a King bed. The master has an ensuite with a spa which could be difficult for less agile people to negotiate .. the second bathroom is very satisfactory. The kitchen is well equipped."

"A perfect spot for a getaway with family and your fur baby is welcome too. Really loved the clean and comfortable villa and the friendly on site manager Tara was a joy to speak too. Also recommend having a relaxing massage or treatment at the on site Day Spa. The location is terrific too and lots of great restaurants and beaches close by in walking distance. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to take some time out with their doggo!"

"Nice sea view, even if I was in a lower floor (3/F) that the see was partially blocked by the trees. I was also able to get a magnificient shot on star trail, just from the balcony. The apartment itself is fine but a bit oldfashioned. Everyone menthioned the stupid Blue Fob, I had to say it's really stupid, it's not affecting the experimence much though. "

"5 night short stay, early December. Excellent location, walk everywhere; beach/restaurants/retail & over to Wharf area which was fun for jetski hire/river cruises etc. Supermarket just behind apartments to walk down to was also very handy. Very open, spacious & immaculate apartment; all three bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was fabulous with teenagers. View was fantastic, as were facilities and the he apartment was serviced beautifully every day. Shout out to the super friendly and helpful team at reception; from check in/out, taxi assistance, recommendations and even finding us a beach umbrella to borrow & take to the beach, nothing was too much trouble and the team were great to chat with. Would not hesitate to return. *Only reason haven't given five stars is that the dividing wall in the main bedroom between bedroom and ensuite drove us a bit mad as it was a half wall/window style. Odd design here; maybe a roller or sliding screen could be an option here to stop the ensuite lights disrupting sleeping parties?"

"This hotel is WONDERFUL. We came up with family and friends and it was a total delight from start to finish. The location is amazing, rooftop pool is literally like something out of the Mediterranean. Incredible views over the ocean. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the ocean view room which id recommend. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had staying in Australia. The design of the hotel is gorgeous and they have clearly not tried to cut corners, everything is beautiful. It’s essentially right on the beach and the beach itself is also lovely, not crowded. Beds super comfortable. Very nice and reasonably priced minibar for a hotel. Shout out also to the bar and breakfast staff who were very nice to our toddler and never made us feel like a nuisance. Did not expect such an amazing stay for a last minute 3 day trip up the coast. Can’t wait to return and thanks to the staff for such a great time away. Literally zero complaints. Just perfect."
