I really enjoyed the hotel! My room was very clean and spacious with top of the line amenities. Will definitely book again. The restaurant was ok, food was good. Service was not great for the level of dining, no quality checking on food items and empty glass wear was left on the tables until end of meal. Will definitely book a room again just may choose to dine elsewhere.

nice hotel, friendly staff. Airport in the name, is a little misleading, although not far..shuttle service was a bonus.

a lovely place to stay in st. johns for a few days. ample free parking but you need to walk a number of steps to access the lobby or your room. the rooms are large and clean. we took the signal hill room and it was conveniently located near the entrance. security is good as you require pin numbers to open the doors. comes with breakfast and the food was fantastic. each day a different menu. the service was impeccable. would definitely recommend. thank you. p.s. no shops in the vicinity of the hotel so a car is essential.

The overall experience was excellent minus an intoxic guest being noisy In the hallway from 1:45-2:30 am waking myself and daughter up. We were too nervous to do anything about it as we didn’t know what he was capable of doing.

The hotel is beautiful. Amazing room and no hassle with check-in and check-out. The room I initially had was on a lower floor and unfortunately I could hear the person above me walking and that was disturbing. The hotel wasted no minutes to move me to an upper room when I reached out to them, so 10/10. The bath, room and bedding were amazing. Few issues: 1)There is not enough lighting in the room, and at night, it’s difficult if you need to do something and require lights. There are only nightstands, no main light. The windows are small. See picture. 2) For the price I paid, I was expecting a decent breakfast. The breakfast provided was insulting. Cold croissants, chocolate blueberry and lemon muffins, instant oat, hot water, coffee and juice, banana, apple. For the price you pay per night, you will at least expect some hot food. Even one to two-stars motels in Canada provide toast, butter, and eggs. There was not even toast, or milk! You need to use numerous small milk pods to make your oats or coffee, which is a plastic waste. That was disappointing and I understand the hotel wants to save expenses and be more profitable, but I guess it’s business. 3) There is no gym, not even a treadmill. 4) The escalator does not go to the fourth floor, but no big deal. In saying so, the hotel is located in downtown, where all food places and bars are, so location wise it’s a win. If you do not have to stay in downtown, and want a hotel with amenities, there are better options in St John’s. One recommendation would be I H G ones.

I booked this hotel by mistake, as I was looking for a hotel in Saint John, not St. John’s. Goes to show, make sure you don’t assume things. Also, don’t book hotels when you’re about to go to sleep and haven’t had good sleep for a couple of consecutive nights. Lesson learned.

It’s a nice hotel, with spacious and clean room. The view is amazing. The parking is paid parking. The buffet breakfast is good.

Great stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I requested extra towels at the front desk and they were super quick with delivering them to my room. It was great having Denny’s and Moxies in the hotel. Very convenient and the staff at both restaurants were amazing. The only downside to this hotel was the pool/hot tub area. It’s extremely tiny, there’s no where to sit or place your things as it’s literally a room with a small pool and hot tub side by side and maybe 3ft of walkway around them. It’s kind of alarming when you walk in because you’re greeted with a face full of steam and you’re right on top of the hot tub. The smell of Chlorine is so strong that it starts to burn your eyes. The area isn’t monitored much either so if you decide to use it, bring a towel as the rack will most likely be empty. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed it. However, next time I’m looking for a hotel in St. John’s I’ll spend the little extra to stay at a hotel with a better pool area. I’m usually traveling with little guys so amenities are key for us. This place is great for anyone who doesn’t care to use a pool.
