Hotel Interlaken District dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Right next to Wengen station, very convenient for moving around the Jungfrau area. The village itself was beautiful and peaceful, with amazing mountain views everywhere. We had a room with mountain view as well, which made the stay feel extra nice. The room itself was quite standard, but overall still a good stay.

The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategik, terletak betul-betul di antara Stesen Kereta Api Grindelwald dan Stesen First, kedua-duanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki sekitar 5 minit. Bagi mereka yang memandu sendiri, ia juga sangat mudah kerana hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta sendiri. Balkoni bilik menghadap terus ke Gunung Eiger. Memandangkan kami tiba pada waktu malam hari pertama, tiada apa yang dapat dilihat. Namun, saya terpukau apabila membuka pintu balkoni pada pagi keesokan harinya, melihat Dinding Utara Eiger yang diselubungi awan dan kabus. Restoran Barry's di tingkat bawah hotel sangat popular. Walaupun ramai pelancong senegara saya merasakan rasanya tidak kena dengan selera mereka, pada pendapat saya, ia hanyalah standard masakan Eropah yang purata. Bagi mereka yang biasa dengan masakan Barat, ia tidaklah sukar untuk dimakan atau tidaklah teruk. Harga hidangan utama adalah sekitar 40 franc. Logo hotel ini ialah seekor anjing kecil bernama Barry. Dikatakan anjing ini pernah menjadi anjing penyelamat di kawasan ini dan berjaya menyelamatkan ramai pendaki gunung. Oleh itu, ia diperingati dan restoran itu dinamakan 'Barry's'. Restoran itu juga menjual barangan cenderamata bergambar anjing Barry, yang agak menarik.

Kami menempah asrama di tepi Lake Brienz kerana kami ingin membawa anak-anak kami yang sedang membesar untuk menginap. Meja penyambut tetamu dibuka pada pukul 4 petang, dan kami tiba kira-kira setengah jam lebih awal, jadi kami menunggu di kerusi di luar. Kemudian, kakitangan meja depan keluar dan bertanya sama ada kami sudah bersedia untuk bekerja. Kami mendapat kunci dan diberi bilik di tingkat bawah dengan balkoni belakang rumah, tetapi balkoni itu disambungkan ke bilik bersebelahan, agak seperti asrama di China. Dapur dikongsi; setiap orang diharapkan untuk mencuci dan membersihkan pinggan mangkuk mereka selepas itu. Beberapa pemuda asing bermusuhan dan lantang. Tidak mengapa; hanya bersuara, dan mereka akan diam. Rasa keunggulan dan sikap mendominasi mereka hanya menunjukkan kualiti tempat itu sederhana, jadi jangan risau. Jadilah diri sendiri. Secara keseluruhannya, ia baik-baik saja. Cadarnya bersih. Walaupun kami membayar untuk bilik empat orang untuk tiga orang, tiada bilik mandi peribadi, tetapi bilik mandi dan tandas berkongsi cukup bersih—tidak berbau atau kotor. Tasik Brienz mempunyai warna yang cantik dan sesuai untuk papan kayuh berdiri.

Hotel ini mungkin tidak berdekatan dengan stesen kereta api berbanding hotel lain Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sepuluh minit untuk berjalan Tetapi kemudahan semua tersedia dan sikap perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik Yang penting sarapan sedap hahaha Dan ia terasa sangat hangat saya tidak tahu mengapa (mungkin kerana terlalu sejuk di luar) Jika anda menempah aktiviti paragliding, anda bertuah kerana ia sangat dekat dengan pejabat paragliding mereka, tidak lebih dari tiga minit berjalan kaki.

Everything is good except when check out there is only 1 staff working. I would like to suggest during peak hour arrange more staff for handing check in & check out. I almost miss my train to Montreux.

Thank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

Great Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. The hotel has a good location with a nice view and is directly by the river. Parking is available with plenty of space, but it is charged per day. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned. Late check-in was advertised as available 24 hours, but the promised email with the access code never arrived. After calling, someone answered immediately and helped us enter. At check-in, we also had to pay the tourism tax and parking fees. The room was very outdated and smelled poorly ventilated when we entered. The heating barely worked, was only lukewarm, and turned off completely during the night, making the room very cold. When we mentioned this at breakfast, the staff reacted in a dismissive way, stating that the room was not cold and saying “we are not in Africa, where it needs to be that warm.” This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and after that reaction we did not feel comfortable raising further concerns. The room had a balcony with a nice mountain view, but the balcony was shared with other guests, which was not mentioned in advance. The bathroom was private and had a bathtub with a shower, but it was very outdated. Hot water was available, however the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was provided with limited selection, which we were aware of beforehand. The breakfast room itself was fine, but the staff generally appeared grumpy and very loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Check-out was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is relatively inexpensive compared to others, but this does not justify the outdated condition or the way guests are treated. With better service and some renovation, the hotel could be much more pleasant.

Saya boleh berjalan dengan mudah dari Stesen Interlaken West sambil menyeret barang bawaan saya! Ia juga mudah untuk berjalan ke Stesen Interlaken Ost! Terdapat bas ke Ost, jadi jika anda mempunyai Pas Swiss, ia adalah perjalanan yang cepat! Terdapat restoran Switzerland yang lazat berhampiran Ost! Ia hanya larian 30 saat ke Taman Hoehmatte, titik pertemuan paragliding! Dan lari 30 saat ke perhentian bas! Ia adalah menakjubkan! Bilik itu juga luas! Sempurna! Kemenangan besar! Ia menawarkan simpanan bagasi. ◯ Saya pergi ke banyak tempat yang saya ingin lawati di Switzerland, tetapi memilih Interlaken sebagai pangkalan saya adalah keputusan yang bagus. ♡
