I stayed at this homestay in Kanas New Village for my trip, and honestly, the experience far exceeded all my expectations, a huge shoutout to Charlie on the staff—he was absolutely amazing. He reached out to me proactively even before I arrived. Once we checked in, he patiently answered every single question we had, and helped us map out a full itinerary for all the surrounding attractions, which saved us so much hassle,the rooms were spotlessly clean with all essential amenities provided; they even had a washing machine available for guests. We could hang our laundry right outside our door after showering, which was incredibly convenient. Charlie also sent us a thoughtful message in the evening reminding us to wrap up warm—little touches like this really make all the difference. He even brought us fresh watermelon and bread during our stay. Coming back from a day of sightseeing to these small treats instantly lifted our moods. Kanas is breathtaking everywhere you wander, but having such a comfortable place to rest paired with such thoughtful, attentive staff truly elevated the whole trip. This will definitely be my top pick if I ever come back to Kanas again[玫瑰][玫瑰]

在喀納斯老村，崇野集·嶼桐觀景民宿給了我遠超預期的入住體驗。最讓人心生暖意的，是兩位哈薩克族小夥伴無微不至的照顧——小姑娘提前幾天就主動聯繫，耐心確認行程、提供各種實用訊息，細心周到得像遠方的朋友；帥氣的哈薩克小夥子則默默承擔了所有體力活，來來回回幫我們搬運行李，每次都是一臉淳樸的笑容。他們的熱情，讓旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。 民宿的位置絕佳，坐落在老村上方，俯視整個村落。最難忘的，是傍晚坐在院子裏閑聊，看炊煙裊裊升起；清晨醒來，甚至不用起床，躺在床上就能望見日照金山的壯美——那一刻，喀納斯的神聖與寧靜，真實地落在眼前。房間收拾得一塵不染，早餐與下午茶也精緻可口。如果你想在喀納斯尋一處既有風景又有温度的家，這裏，就是答案。

新疆第一站 充滿夢幻 這裏真好～ 民宿位置安靜，晚上還能看星空，禾木前面太熱鬧，這裏位置剛好，在前面玩完了，後面享受一整片安寧真實的禾木。主要走到前面也非常近，路上小景色怡人。房間兩層，孩子超級喜歡，最主要的是，店家特別熱情，後來我也住在喀納斯和白哈巴景區內，比較一下這裏店家真的非常熱情，夫妻倆都是仁厚善良之人，房間也乾乾淨淨。 特別好，希望日後我們還能再見面，後會有期!

We had the double room at Holiday Inn Hemu for two nights. On the day we visited Hemu village the hotel offered us shuttle service, we really appreciate this arrangement and the driver. The view of the ski mountain from our room is incredible.

Hotel is perfect - clean and new and has all the amenities in the room. Even has a humidifier in the room that is super handy! Breakfast is in the next door building with great choices and plenty of seating. Would highly recommend!

The staff at the accommodation are super nice! Especially the hostess, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food at the place is also delicious! Overall, staying here feels cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!👍👍🥰

感謝禮兵部阿寶 這次入住阿勒泰禾木希爾頓酒店整體體驗十分完美。酒店環境雅緻大氣，房間寬敞乾淨，硬件設施嶄新齊全，落地窗視野開闊，可以欣賞周邊山野風光，居住舒適度很高。公共區域維護到位，早餐品類豐富，能品嚐到不少當地特色美食。特別要表揚禮賓部的阿寶，服務主動又貼心。剛到店就主動幫忙搬運行李，耐心介紹酒店設施，還細心給到周邊遊玩、自駕路線的實用建議，遇到問題響應及時，待人真誠熱情。在景區能感受到如此有温度的服務很難得，酒店整體服務水準在線，各方面都讓人滿意。來禾木旅行非常推薦這家酒店，下次再來還會選擇入住。

房間乾淨整齊，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水很好。關鍵老闆熱情又服務周到。我們把胰島素拉在民宿。老闆託人把葯送到喀納斯景區，真的太感謝了！她家民宿還有露台，坐在露台上喝茶聊天很舒服。強烈推薦。

Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
