在喀納斯老村，崇野集·嶼桐觀景民宿給了我遠超預期的入住體驗。最讓人心生暖意的，是兩位哈薩克族小夥伴無微不至的照顧——小姑娘提前幾天就主動聯繫，耐心確認行程、提供各種實用訊息，細心周到得像遠方的朋友；帥氣的哈薩克小夥子則默默承擔了所有體力活，來來回回幫我們搬運行李，每次都是一臉淳樸的笑容。他們的熱情，讓旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。 民宿的位置絕佳，坐落在老村上方，俯視整個村落。最難忘的，是傍晚坐在院子裏閑聊，看炊煙裊裊升起；清晨醒來，甚至不用起床，躺在床上就能望見日照金山的壯美——那一刻，喀納斯的神聖與寧靜，真實地落在眼前。房間收拾得一塵不染，早餐與下午茶也精緻可口。如果你想在喀納斯尋一處既有風景又有温度的家，這裏，就是答案。

Nice place higher up than the main tourist zone so it's quiet and there's great views of the mountains. You can walk the shortcut down and take the bus back up which is super convenient. The lovely staff greeted us at the bus stop and had good tips and recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views from the upstairs bedroom. Breakfast was tasty and diverse too. And the resident dogs are friendly and might follow you into town. Would stay again.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. 花間坊民宿是我住過的酒店民宿服務最好的一個，在美麗遙遠的新疆，能夠選擇到這一個其實是挺幸運的，酒店環境沒的説乾淨整潔，提供一次性洗浴套裝等。自帶食堂，裏面做的飯很好吃，西紅柿炒蛋，白菜炒肉，小燒烤，價格很實惠，量也很大，最主要是好吃。尤其要讚揚的是前台服務人員，黑衣小姐姐等，各種為我們考慮吃住，還幫我們規劃行程，幫我們託運行李，送的特產小吃非常好吃，謝謝。

The staff at the accommodation are super nice! Especially the hostess, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food at the place is also delicious! Overall, staying here feels cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!👍👍🥰

The room was clean. The staffs were very helpful and even assisted us with carrying our luggage all the way to our room. The location of this hotel is super close to the Kanas entrance, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kanas Lake! I would definitely stay here again.

希爾頓整體體驗很不錯，地理位置便利，出行辦事方便。前台yiyi、yerbo、值班經理Nicole辦理入住高效專業，服務非常好、特別關心我們、特別值得推薦、房間寬敞乾淨，衞生到位，床品舒適，隔音效果良好。早餐品類豐富，設施齊全，服務禮貌周到，商務入住很省心，下次出差還會選擇這裏。 五星好評！希爾頓不愧是老牌五星酒店，大堂大氣，房間整潔明亮。工作人員態度非常温和，響應及時，床睡起來很舒服，環境安靜。周邊吃飯出行都便利，整體入住感受很好，值得推薦

和對象專門找個地方逃離城市壓力，來山裡放鬆度假，這家酒店給了我們很美好的住宿體驗。整體環境清幽，遠離喧囂，氛圍感特別適合情侶小住。房間視野很棒，閑暇坐在窗邊，看着外面的山林風景，整個人都慢下來。衞生方面挑不出毛病，床品柔軟，洗漱區域乾淨清爽。前台服務貼心，有不清楚的地方都會耐心給我們講解周邊遊玩的小建議。不管是出行遊玩還是就在酒店放空都很合適，體驗感滿分。

朋友幫我訂的，連住了幾天，主要是位置方便在景區一下車來到了這邊，工作人員服務都還可以的，早餐都是小米粥雞蛋菜 也挺符合我的口味 也還是蠻可以，房間整齊利落，去新村直接上車10分鐘左右就到了，酒店環境可以

I think we got upgraded, because it looks more luxury than we thought. Near the bus shuttle to Kanas Tourist Center ~350 m, the view from our room is amazing. Sure will be back again❤️❤️❤️ thank youuu
