This was our first time visiting Aranya, and we chose this family-friendly vacation rental. Overall, we had a great stay. The host was very kind, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. We stayed in Phase 6, which has a great location—just a short walk to the beach. The room even included beach toys for the kids, which they loved. It was also very close to the bike rental area and plenty of restaurants, making everything very convenient. Since we arrived late on our first night, we noticed the bed sheets needed a little more attention, We contacted the host and property manager, and they quickly arranged for housekeeping to take care of it early next day. We really appreciated their prompt response. Hopefully, the Aranya housekeeping team can be a bit more careful in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Most of the hotel's facilities are geared toward pets, which may be a positive if that's your priority. I was completely caught off guard by the breakfast. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or cafeteria. Instead, it provides a voucher for a nearby restaurant, where you are offered a burger and a coffee. I don't think this would be considered a proper breakfast by Western standards, and it certainly doesn't meet Chinese breakfast expectations. Moreover, you have to walk about 20 minutes to the restaurant. The receptionist told us it would take only 10 minutes, but that was simply not true. This arrangement is also far from ideal for some guests. I think the hotel needs to be much clearer about exactly what it offers.

Great location, very convenient to walk around Aranya community. Wonderful service, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with sufficient amenities.

第一次來阿那亞，對比了很多酒店，果然沒有選錯。阿那亞yin hotels位置絕佳，樓下就是幻師，隔壁是泡泡瑪特，出門直達海灘。我住的天際海景房，一整面落地窗正對大海，視野毫無遮擋，每天睜眼就是治癒系藍，心情瞬間被點亮。酒店設計時尚年輕，客房不多所以整體比較安靜，同時服務特別周到，接駁車隨時響應，比周邊幾個大型親子酒店體驗感好太多，同期住過別家都不如它。建議是早餐種類和品質還能再好點，但整體非常推薦，下次還會再來。

Service was impeccable. The hotel was right in front of the beach and offered amazing views to all, not just to high paying customers for certain rooms. The architecture is artful and the rooms simple but beautiful. The food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel shuttles were extremely convenient to book. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Aranya. Worth it

酒店環境很好，設計理念新穎，大床房躺在床上，打開窗簾就能看到治癒的景色，房間很大，佈局合理，就是如果地板擦後沒有水漬、房間味道清新一些（拖地後有腥味）、洗護產品再精緻一些就更好了。早餐用餐是在隔壁鹿嶼餐廳，管理上還是有些差強人意了，早上9:30去沒有人員領位，需自己找位置，也沒有人及時收桌，餐品符合這個定位，但存放麪包和西點的冰櫃，無論是外觀還是內在都有明顯的衞生瑕疵。總之這家酒店的優缺點都比較明顯，但是好在管家服務及時、景色和設計一流、小動物們乾淨又友善，還是值得來試一試的。

酒店很好，周邊安靜，房間乾淨舒適，入住贈送自製酸奶很好吃，前台服務熱情。特別好的是樓下的大排檔，早餐很豐盛，自己吃個飯也適合，家常口味不浮誇，價格合理。特別適合出差住。唯一不足的就是離海邊實在太遠，不然夏天帶家人來玩也想住這裏。

I've been to many cities in China & and definitely, this one is considered among the top 10 best hotels I've been to so far. The staff is polite and really helpful. What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

帶孩子出行推薦住在園區內，去玩和休息都非常方便，我們住的是D座，酒店設施都挺新，衞生也非常乾淨整潔，辦理入住時前台登記小姐姐會把注意事項都講清楚，管家繆淋爽也特別貼心，有提前一天就電話和微信聯繫，還會説有特別需求可以提前聯繫他，辦理入住後也有送歡迎水果，來漁島玩強烈推薦這家酒店👍早餐菜品就一般了，品類不多，但能吃飽。
