This was our first time visiting Aranya, and we chose this family-friendly vacation rental. Overall, we had a great stay. The host was very kind, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. We stayed in Phase 6, which has a great location—just a short walk to the beach. The room even included beach toys for the kids, which they loved. It was also very close to the bike rental area and plenty of restaurants, making everything very convenient. Since we arrived late on our first night, we noticed the bed sheets needed a little more attention, We contacted the host and property manager, and they quickly arranged for housekeeping to take care of it early next day. We really appreciated their prompt response. Hopefully, the Aranya housekeeping team can be a bit more careful in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Most of the hotel's facilities are geared toward pets, which may be a positive if that's your priority. I was completely caught off guard by the breakfast. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or cafeteria. Instead, it provides a voucher for a nearby restaurant, where you are offered a burger and a coffee. I don't think this would be considered a proper breakfast by Western standards, and it certainly doesn't meet Chinese breakfast expectations. Moreover, you have to walk about 20 minutes to the restaurant. The receptionist told us it would take only 10 minutes, but that was simply not true. This arrangement is also far from ideal for some guests. I think the hotel needs to be much clearer about exactly what it offers.

Great location, very convenient to walk around Aranya community. Wonderful service, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with sufficient amenities.

Absolutely wonderful stay here, especially a treat for birthday, u can choose either a cake or room celebration decor and I received a beautiful 8inch cake. Wake up to sunrise without heading out. It’s a pity it was cloudy on the first night. Nevertheless, staff are generally responsive and prompt in all requests and on call transport to any areas i wished to visit in the community. Superb customer service. They were even so sweet to provider pads for the cold weather as i booked their free photography service that came with room package. Few min ride to famous photo spots and Manner and Bar Lotus cafe just next door. Will definitely return for a visit and recommend to my friends

我們住的是家庭房，兩張床，一大一小，一家三口很合適。房間隔音差，電視的聲音都能聽到，如果是聊天那就更清晰了。智能化方面還有待改進，過年期間的服務人員少，服務水平還有待提高。今天打掃房間（今天是入住的第四天）一是沒增加紙，二是能用於洗澡的拖鞋也沒清理。特色暖胃粥也沒有（年二九那天也沒有），早餐8點以後就沒啥吃的了。明天早上8點再看看能否有喜歡吃的。

設施：麻雀雖小五臟齊全，8米的空間裏基本容納的生活所需的所有設施，烤箱微波爐爐灶抽油煙機……反正你能想到的基本都有 衞生：在房車住宿裏算是相當好的了，衞生間所有地漏水漏全部都是防臭的都有蓋子還挺先進的，衞生每天都會打掃一次，有時候你晾在外面的是毛巾也會被偷偷地換成乾淨的很貼心 環境：這個房車的位置相當給力，離海最近最主要的是打開天幕就可以拿出卡式爐來吃頓烤肉，對面就能看到孩子在沙灘上面朝大海盪鞦韆 服務：有專門的管家，我的管家是周爽，非常貼心很到位，就餐也很方便，就在鹿嶼餐廳，淮揚菜味道很好，我比較喜歡在他們家的室外，左邊就是梅花鹿園，面朝大海，感覺很愜意 園區小火車:小火車很方便 漁島温泉票:温泉就不用説了，是他家的特色，室外室內都有外是面朝大海，室內是各種自助按摩的湯池，還有孩子們最喜歡的叢林漂流系列，水質算是清澈 漁島景區票:來過很多次，就是居然發現一個超級值得體驗的地方叢林越野車，這個越野車的賽道包括叢林蹣跚以及狗尾草平原，總之地形變幻莫測，非常值得體驗，晚上還有九九街和海洋系列是之前我們沒有體驗過的，從視覺和科技上都是非常棒的，很適合親子

本次在漁島度假，一定要專門表揚工作人員繆淋爽。出行前他就主動對接行程，細心發送定位與入住須知，省去我們不少麻煩。辦理入住時動作利落高效，面對我們遊玩路線、用車、物資補給等各類問題，總能及時迴應、耐心解答，處事沉穩周到。中途遇到小狀況，他主動靠前協調處理，態度温和有耐心，處處為客人着想，細微之處盡顯暖心。全程服務真誠不敷衍，憑藉優質的服務讓整段旅途舒心不少。離開後依舊貼心叮囑，體驗感拉滿，後續再來漁島，我還會主動找他對接，也十分推薦前來遊玩的朋友選擇他服務。

酒店環境很好，設計理念新穎，大床房躺在床上，打開窗簾就能看到治癒的景色，房間很大，佈局合理，就是如果地板擦後沒有水漬、房間味道清新一些（拖地後有腥味）、洗護產品再精緻一些就更好了。早餐用餐是在隔壁鹿嶼餐廳，管理上還是有些差強人意了，早上9:30去沒有人員領位，需自己找位置，也沒有人及時收桌，餐品符合這個定位，但存放麪包和西點的冰櫃，無論是外觀還是內在都有明顯的衞生瑕疵。總之這家酒店的優缺點都比較明顯，但是好在管家服務及時、景色和設計一流、小動物們乾淨又友善，還是值得來試一試的。

Our stay at this hotel was great! We had no issues at all! We slept well and we had a great time. The room was extremely clean and came with all the necessary amenities. Whenever we needed something the staff were more than happy to help. There’s a place where you can wash your clothes and hang them up to dry. The garden has a nice room with relaxing swings. The highlight of our stay was the staff of the hotel, especially the manager. She felt like a mother who wanted so desperately to take care of her children. We loved her so much. The next time we come to this side of town, we will make sure to book at this hotel

The location was and is amazing! The beach is nice and surprisingly clean. Sadly there is a construction ongoing which splits the beach up causing a limited enjoyment. Regarding the hotel. Amazing entrance! The hotel is made for several 100, when not even 1000 people! But you can clearly see that this amount of visitors causes the material to dissolve. That's quite sad. We went there in a high frequent moment. Causing reduced service availability and options but they try their best.
