房間乾淨舒適，主動給升級了房間。這個價格在國外同級別酒店最起碼加個0，才能拿下。 早餐很豐富，節日人多，早餐區客人比較雜亂，也有許多人在浪費糧食，拿了許多都丟在桌上。心疼廚師和服務人員。建議簡易自助早餐過多浪費的可以適當罰款。 因為在長沙旅遊的最後一天，吃完早餐又舒服地泡澡🛀，休息足再離開。是一次完美入住體驗。

我在這家酒店的房間體驗非常棒。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，設施齊全且現代化。服務人員友好熱情，清潔工作也做得很到位。總體而言，這家酒店的房間給我留下了深刻印象，強烈推薦！

Very recommended. Hotel bersih dan rapi, dan pemilik hotel (suami istri) sangat ramah. Mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris namun mereka sabar dalam berkomunikasi dengan kami, menggunakan aplikasi terjemahan. Jika kami ada kesulitan, mereka selalu berinisiatif untuk membantu.  Kamar hotel yang kami pesan adalah kamar standar. Ranjang besar, ada meja untuk bekerja, televisi dengan channel lokal. Kamar mandi bersih, air panas ada dan alirannya cukup kencang. Toilet diduk, penting untuk kami yang tidak terbiasa dengan wc jongkok. Di sini ada mesin cuci dan pengering pakaian yang bisa digunakan kapan saja.  Menyenangkan sekali menginap di sini. Saya dan keluarga pasti akan kembali ke sini jika ada kesempatan kami untuk pergi ke Hunan. Tidak perlu cari hotel lain karena di sini hati kami tertambat.

I stayed 3 nights, Everything is very nice. I was quickly picked up at airport at 1am. Room was new, clean and large. I had left New York a week ago, really need to do my laundry. a lady told me she will take care of that. At end of the day she give me folded laundry. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. Hot water, air conditioner, lights all worked well. the restaurant have buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food wasn't so great, but taking taxi to nearby place for anything you want cost about $1.5. When i was ready to leave, the driver offered me a ride to subway station, felt I get enough for what I paid , I called a taxi myself.

我已經入住幾次了，對酒店很喜歡，環境很好然後感覺衞生也是很到位的 這個價位已經算好的了，包括他的投影儀也很不錯然後整體房間也很大 服務也很好，幫我升級了房型也包含了早餐 是預訂的kfc的早餐～ 唯一小小不足是花灑 有點松，放不穩，但是水壓挺大的～ 酒店環境乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，房間舒適安靜，地理位置優越，入住體驗特別好，性價比超高值得推薦！

這次入住體驗非常滿意。酒店位置便利，周邊交通和餐飲都很方便。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住很順暢。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，休息得很好。設施齊全，細節做得很到位。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。整體性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

Extremely value for money hotel. New hotel and the room is really clean and big. The offer to transport you to airport or receive you was much welcome The go to choice if you have a flight arriving or departing at unearthly hours.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.
