Hotel Daerah Changsha dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

Pleasant transit hotel recommendation in Changsa.. 1. we came on April 16, 2026 to stay overnight.. 2. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful.. 3. Politely offer to add wechat for communication if you need help.. 4. quickly and wholeheartedly search from many piles of goods, packages that we ordered on the taobao application.. 5. large room, clean with fun design.. 6. the front desk staff not only helps with hotel problems but even gives more help than expected for problems outside the hotel.. 7. with airport shuttle facilities 8. when we suddenly changed the shuttle schedule plan, the front desk officer kindly and sincerely rearranged it according to our new schedule.. Very recommended. Hotel bersih dan rapi, dan pemilik hotel (suami istri) sangat ramah. Mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris namun mereka sabar dalam berkomunikasi dengan kami, menggunakan aplikasi terjemahan. Jika kami ada kesulitan, mereka selalu berinisiatif untuk membantu.  Kamar hotel yang kami pesan adalah kamar standar. Ranjang besar, ada meja untuk bekerja, televisi dengan channel lokal. Kamar mandi bersih, air panas ada dan alirannya cukup kencang. Toilet diduk, penting untuk kami yang tidak terbiasa dengan wc jongkok. Di sini ada mesin cuci dan pengering pakaian yang bisa digunakan kapan saja.  Menyenangkan sekali menginap di sini. Saya dan keluarga pasti akan kembali ke sini jika ada kesempatan kami untuk pergi ke Hunan. Tidak perlu cari hotel lain karena di sini hati kami tertambat.

Pickup and drop off included into the hotel price - call in advance; the hotel provides disposal bath towels, bottles of water, slippers,etc; the room is clean and tidy; there's a convenience store downstairs; the boss is friendly and helpful to see to your comfort and safety. If your flight lands midnight this is the best option - good value for money. By the way Changsha do not have a 1-day metro pass anymore.

這次入住體驗非常滿意。酒店位置便利，周邊交通和餐飲都很方便。前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住很順暢。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，休息得很好。設施齊全，細節做得很到位。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。整體性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

我已經入住幾次了，對酒店很喜歡，環境很好然後感覺衞生也是很到位的 這個價位已經算好的了，包括他的投影儀也很不錯然後整體房間也很大 服務也很好，幫我升級了房型也包含了早餐 是預訂的kfc的早餐～ 唯一小小不足是花灑 有點松，放不穩，但是水壓挺大的～ 酒店環境乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，房間舒適安靜，地理位置優越，入住體驗特別好，性價比超高值得推薦！

The Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

A huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

Pemiliknya tiba di lapangan terbang dalam masa kira-kira lima minit dan dengan mesra membuka pintu kereta untuk saya, membantu saya dengan bagasi saya. Saya rasa sangat selamat.
