Hotel Changshu dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

It was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

Attend STC Shanghu triathlon competition on 06/15. stayed Changshu Shanghu Huajianfu Yanboli Hote over the weendend. The hotel is so convenient and near the competition. The room experience and room service was really good. But the children playground was outside the hotel. I was there during raining day, so the staff told me it was closed during raining day. Well, I guess I need try it again next time when the weather is good

Best hotel I've visited in the past 1 year! Impressive view! Super high floor! Love the lake! Just amazing!

Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one! Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us. Thank you, Hotel Nikko.

I just came out of the bar, and it's only a few hundred meters' walk to this hotel. The location is fantastic! Overall, it's pretty good in other aspects too. The cleanliness is quite good, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very nice. I like the smiley service here.

Perfect location, there's a mall across the street with a grocery shop and lots of restaurants. Hotel staff and manager were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and the view outside the window was nice. We also availed their breakfast at the hotel reception for a good price (just need to join their free membership). Breakfast was not bad, mostly Chinese cuisine. The only downside for me was their hallway lighting which was motion detecting so the hallway to the room is pretty dark at night...

Overall, I was pleased with this hotel. It’s in a central part of Changshu, has English signs all over the hotel, and someone at the desk spoke English. My room was nice with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The hallway smelled like a mixture of perfume and cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very unexceptional and very Chinese (the baozis were not very good 🙁). Overall, I would still stay here again.

The hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

Nice location, very near to RT mart and the place is accessible too. Have parking for e-motorcycle. The room is clean, bathroom size is big as well. Probably will stay again once we returned to changshu. 🤙
