MMENGXIThis is a very interesting place!
1. It’s far in the mountain, very inaccessible, you must have car, there is no public transport there. we got a driver from the resort’s recommendation, which is very good.
2. No restaurant/food options nearby, we rely on the manager/caretaker, she cooks extremely well, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there, authentic Hakka food.
3. Rooms are very clean and nice. AI controlled lighting system, automatic toilet, heating tower rack which makes towels warm.
4. Views are excellent, perfect for seeing sun rise.
its nice to have a staycation here, the manager is a friendly and capable Hakka woman.

PPengguna TetamuI liked close to everything in this hotel, so I extended my stay for a second night.
The location is really nice: the hotel is within walking distance to the nearby town and the touristic area although it requires crossing a main road. Staff was very welcoming and helped us find a driver to go to the more remote sites we wanted to visit (some tulous and rice terraces).
The room was very clean, modern without superfluous, with a pretty view and it was very quiet at night.
The horel breakfast was very good. In addition, there were a few restaurants in town. The one we picked was delicious and overall we enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of this small town.

GGuolichen～該酒店的位置在奧園廣場後面，非常好找，交通方便快捷，入住期間老闆娘人很好，服務態度也是非常好，房間設施齊全，採光風景也是相當哇塞，樓下就是商場有4層，有大型超市和電影院，各種美食，下次來還住這裏

HHongsieStaff was friendly & courteous. Hotel looked like newly renovated. Room was not very spacious but enough for 1 day's stay. My only feedback is that this hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway & lobby. So if you're adverse to smoke smell like us, u might consider staying elsewhere. Location of hotel is good though.

KKikimokiki新裝修的酒店，房間都是新的，用品也是新的，馬桶是智能的。
房間裏也沒有異味，空調也很給力。
有洗衣機，掃碼下單，挺方便的。
唯一的缺點，就是沒有服務。入住的時候已經明確要求不要跟婚宴的人安排在一起，結果還是安排在同一層。晚上接親鬧騰到半夜，非常吵，就在房間門口抽煙打電話，小孩在走廊裏尖叫跑鬧。聯繫前台來了個阿姨態度也很差，“他們要吵我們也沒有辦法，誰知道他們要弄到半夜？”
作為遊客，不瞭解當地婚慶習俗，酒店也沒有滿房的情況下，實在不能理解把普通遊客安排在婚房附近的安排。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.

SSJongI had severe food poisoning in Guangzhou and was unable to travel over. I contacted the guesthouse owner, who offered to give me a free night when I come in the future since I did not come. I'm so touched, and I'll visit when I can! The hospitality of the Hakka people is superb!

PPengguna Tetamu就是舊式的賓館，但房間寬敞，基本設施都有，在大埔小縣城裡算是很不錯。位置在縣中心，出行和餐飲也方便。客家土樓景點就在附近，遊玩完大埔幾個土樓，在賓館住宿一晚，房費就百多元，性價比很高。
