The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law.
The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers).
This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

2. 市區內酒店，品質堪憂，四星的價格，快捷的水準。請大家避坑敦煌維景酒店，不要被維景的品牌誤導，本來和家人先訂的維景，到達後發現房間差，裝修味道重，衞生狀況差，果斷退房。
3. 敦煌國際酒店應該是政府官方酒店，特意查了下，佔地上千畝，一個大莊園，幾棟酒店樓。
4. 推薦2.3號樓，房間好。3號樓人少時早餐會被接駁車接到2號樓去吃。
5. 酒店衞生情況很好，洗浴用品不錯，但是有些設施維護一般，例如洗手池等，下水可能有點問題，基本不影響使用。
6. 早餐品質好，服務人員也熱情，有政府國賓館的基本水準。
7. 離莫高窟近，離市區開車15分鐘，兩天時間來回多次，交通通暢。
8. 總體來説，如預算夠，推薦這裏，會給敦煌的旅行增加好感度。

Metropark is a nice hotel located near a river and is relatively central to the city. A lovely staff member, 李雪 (Li Xue) helped me check in and she took me to my hotel room. She was extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel room is very spacious, clean and quite luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance to the night market and the museum.
Highly recommended.

設施：兩個女生一起的話，感覺稍微沒法放東西，房間再配一個長矮凳在電視機下面的話會更好，冬天衣服多行李也多。然後廁所和淋浴房的牆上都沒有掛鈎，實在是沒法放衣服了。但是暖氣非常給力。
衞生：因為第一天去了鳴沙山，地上挺多沙子的，但第二天感覺阿姨沒有打掃地上，只是換了一些東西。整體還是特別乾淨的。白天路過阿姨打掃的時候阿姨還主動打招呼了。
環境：環境特別好，裝修很雅緻。附近吃得也好多。
服務：因為吃壞東西了，有點發燒和一直拉肚子，所以要了很多次的水，給得非常足。開始我們是臨時定的房子，也約上了接站，非常給力。去酒店去得特別早，剛剛好有房子給我們住，然後還遇上了早餐時間，住了兩晚吃了不少早餐哈哈哈哈哈，真的是很好了，也非常感謝🙏。

開車過來的，本來還擔心不好停車，沒想到酒店有自己的停車場，是免費停車，很方便，還提前打給我們打電話詢問到店時間，淡季過來開車去哪都方便，景點都很近。每一個工作人員都很熱情，環境也很贊，酒店環境給人一種寧靜放鬆的感覺。客房設計簡潔而舒適，設施齊全，能夠滿足各種需求，讓人一進門就能感受到家的温馨。酒店特別提供免費洗衣烘乾服務，服務員的態度熱情友好，總是樂於助人，讓人倍感親切，，真的是非常推薦的一家酒店，下次和家人來玩一定還住到這裏。

PPengguna Tetamu住宿的位置離鳴沙山景區九公里左右，我們大概開車十幾分鍾就到了，一直對大西北的星空很期待的，找到了這家星空主題民宿 先溝通了，店家很會拍星空照 ，果然沒有失望，民宿的位置位於鳴沙山山腳下，光污染很少，拍的星空照非常漂亮
房間設施也很完備 提前半小時開的空調，下午入住已經非常涼快了 要給入住當天的管家點個贊，他不但幫我們拍星空，還分享給我們怎麼拍星空怎麼調手機參數真是受用良久

MmarkVisited Dunhuang on several occasions before but Bowen Hotel is the best considering its rating and price. It's a 4 star and only 150 CNY per night. For this you get a well appointed comfortable room with a view of the river. The rooms are well set out with plenty of space, power points and light switches where they are needed, and a stable reliable and secure wifi signal. The Hotel is situated about 300m east of Dunhuang museum. So, still within walking distance of night market main street, bars, memory box cafe, bus no.3 to Mingsha etc
The bathroom is good quality with a glass enclosure for the shower unit, which has lots of space. The hot water system is responsive and strong, over 24 hours (-10°C outside). Good quality towels and a floor mat are provided and replaced each day by the effecient room service staff.who keep rooms spotlessly clean. The queen sized bed is super comfortable- not too soft or too hard. The double boutique room also has a coffee table, sofa and matching foot rest.
I especially appreciated the gym on floor 7. Limited but useful equipment (treadmill, weights). Another useful feature is a laundry service - also on floor 7. I was fortunate enough to interact with the hotel manager, (who communicates in English very well) and she arranged a taxi late at night to Liuyuan. Overall a pleasant hotel experience in a great oasis town. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

TTorbsYou won’t regret staying here. In summary it’s a very nice hotel (quite large actually) that is perfectly located (about 1km walking from the sand dunes (Mingsha mountain and Creacent Moon spring area). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the architecture is also really nice. The views from the roof top terrace (breakfast/ coffee spot) are amazing and the breakfast itself is also quite good. The downside that’s also to mention: Price wise it’s a bit expensive especially during holiday season. Rooms are a bit old and you can hear everyone passing by.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is outside the City center in a green ,lush,very quiet environment and very close the Singing mountains . The hotel is built and equipped in traditionell style. The breakfast is made of fresh and high quality dishes in local style. Absoluty outstanding was the hospitality and the help with information, transportation and even more ..we could experience places , got information about the local live, the history of Dunhuang and much more. Departing was like leaving friends behind. Special thanks to Mr. HU his son, the landlords and to Candy. Hope to visit that place and the awesome stay again.

PPinkyPeanutSince this is low season, hotel upgraded my room which I really appreciated. The hotel is still very new which is a good thing because the housekeeping is not very good. I stayed here for 4 nights and housekeeping never once washed the cups which I used everyday. Also after the first night, the bed wasn't even made. I had folded the comforter in half and came back to find it the same.
There was dust and hair in the corner of the room by the window.
Plus points - friendly helpful reception staff, very comfortable mattress, free usage of washing machine and dryer
Minus points - poor housekeeping, no in room fridge, very warm room even when you turn the heater off

FFongSand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.

BBerrrrrrrrrWe got free upgrade to the suite so that was nice. Very pretty river view and not as noisy as some of the reviews I've read. Probably because the weather was getting chilly.
Room was very spacious, even for just the size of the bedroom alone. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. But I will say that the light switches in the rooms and also the smart toilet seat were very confusing. Strangely, it had a large bathtub area, but a separate and very squished shower closet. The water didn't quite drain properly also.
Breakfast was okay. But considering how the city really is just a town in the desert, I'd say it's actually pretty good. The local restaurants are also options, but we had to get up super early for day trips, and didn't feel like freezing outside to look for food when it's still dark. Side note, the night market in town is nice but not much going on outside of that area.
The hotel is not in the city centre, but since the city is small, taxi is the way to go. We actually end up just getting the phone number of one of the taxi driver, and called her whenever we planned to head out.
I chose the hotel based on aesthetics and was not disappointed. But our suite was in the end of a very long hallway, so get ready to walk if you are not near the elevator.

HHeong Siew YinLocation is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality.
Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality.
Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking.
Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

JJonnyBWhen we arrived at 930pm there was loud construction next door and didn't stop till after 1230am both on the first night and 3rd night. Very loud and difficult to sleep. Room was ok but bed was very hard like sleeping on wood. Breakfast was Chinese breakfast and just mediocre. Hotel advertised a gym , spa and sauna. Gym was 2 small machines stuck in the corner of the 2nd floor out in the open. I could not find the spa or sauna so I asked the front desk and was told ”no have”. I discovered later the next night the spa is outside of the hotel and not affiliated with the hotel. Won't stay here again
