房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果不錯。位置便利，出行方便，前台服務熱情周到。早餐也很多樣好吃😋整體性價比高，入住體驗很好，下次出行還會選擇這家，推薦入住。

Clean hotel with spacious rooms and friendly service. Bed was comfortable. Everyday they brought snacks to our room which included a piece of fruit. Great espresso machine in the lobby. Gym access and breakfast were at the adjacent Courtyard by Marriott hotel; needless to say, it was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again if we have to go back to Haifeng.

非常好的酒店，比較乾淨。位置也不錯，出門幾百米有夜市大排檔。左邊主幹道，交通非常方便。 服務也不錯，床也舒服，機器人送餐。推薦來出來旅遊可以休息一下。離海豐著名紅宮紅場不遠，打車去才五分鐘左右。整體生活氣息很濃的，附近的金華吃早茶不錯，大堂咖啡糖果，茶水都很豐富。

EXCELLENT stay although (maybe) my only complaint would be the ”disposable towel”: too small for me!!!! It is a great hotel in a great location (I was cycling from Longyan to Shenzhen) and the owner was very nice and spoke a little English. I would stay again!

I would like to specially thank Q for the room arrangement, let my relatives were stay together on the same floor. I had a wonderful time with my family. There are many food shops and buses or cabs outside this Elegance Hotel, very convenient and easy to grab things and good transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to friends. If I come back here, this hotel will be my first choice again.

A bit from from city center (Blue sky plaza). Difficult to call a car during Ching Ming Festival. I requested for two extra bottles of water, which the front desk said free. But it was never delivery. There is no door for the toilet. The staff keeps sweeping the floor in front of me when I am calling for a car and waiting at the hotel lobby. The hair dryer is weak and without heater. Room is generally clean.

This was my second stay at the Beckinsale Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, as always. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good A/C. The next time I visit Haifeng, I'm sure I will stay there again. Thanks, Beckinsale! 🤗

The room is much smaller than the photograph on this website. The service check-in was very quick and easy. The woman was very helpful. The Wi-Fi is good. The room is very small, and the place generally run-down. The location is terrible. There's nothing except a small shop on the main road.
