Hotel Haining dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. 

兩天一夜水市客棧住宿實在太完美，孫女連連幾遍要求再住一晚，其實我們大人也不想離開。酒店從設施到環境再到服務無可挑剔，近乎完美，管家的服務更是無話可説，衹能稱讚，無論何時衹要我們有需求管家都會不厭其煩地幫助解決。我們年齡都超六十還帶個孫輩，有管家的關照我們出行是非常方便的。下次還會選擇鹽官潮樂之城旅遊！

作為這個價位的房間我是很滿意的，乾淨衞生，設施也得力，性價比不錯。關於房間有一點不滿，馬桶沖力不行。關於酒店有一點不滿，當然因為是在商務樓裏也是難免的，地下停車場裏酒店位置標識不夠醒目清晰，我還是事先看了其他人的點評直接開到B2，轉了好幾圈也沒找到，打了電話才找到；然後從地下停車場要到大堂，兩部電梯都衹能到四樓商場，於是又打電話問，才知道要坐電梯到一樓然後走出商場再拐出去另一個地方坐電梯才能到五樓大堂，這些其實都可以事先在地下停車場醒目位置標註清楚。獨自來玩這個地段不錯，離徐志摩故居和南關廂、皮革城都不遠，樓下就是商場，吃啊玩啊都很方便。

客棧位置很好。房間乾淨整潔，老闆人很好，很熱情，發了詳細的旅遊攻略，有問必答，服務到位，讓人感覺很温馨。還贈送了隔壁阿姨做的早餐，品種多，味道也不錯。 客棧離觀潮公園非常近，步行幾分鐘就到了。看到了潮，很激動。帶娃打卡了四年級語文書。還去逛了潮樂之城，看到了瀑布牆。以後來追潮的話還會住這裏。推薦給大家！

有同學從外地來海寧找我玩，朋友推薦了這家酒店，朋友説這家店性價比很高，周邊配套設施比較齊全，到店後發現果真如此，整理酒店風格很奈斯，房間格局我很喜歡，衞生也很乾凈，前台小姐姐推薦我附近的南關廂古鎮，晚上我帶朋友去哪兒逛逛街，看看彩燈，嚐了附近小吃，別有一番風味，總體體驗感覺很不錯，下次有機會還住這家店.

Khách sạn n*** cổng vào khu ngắm thuỷ triều, khách sạn kiểu gia đình không có thang máy nhưng với giá tiền này thì mình khá hài lòng, chủ nhà cũng rất nhiệt tình.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel. The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily). Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

I am Happy to stay here ,clean, staff is cooperative. Loactionwise also good.

實話實説酒店周邊吃喝很方便，但酒店的設施太陳舊，服務也不到位，電視看不了，找服務員，服務員説不會，找老闆不在，枕套破舊有洞換了3次才勉強能用，（忘了拍照片）
