Pengguna TetamuBeyond my expectations! I chose this hotel as it seemed to be close to the train station (which it is) and I was not expecting much. The hotel is totally new, domotic and super confortable. It was great! If I have to mention anything to be improved, is the tobacco smell, but I am finding thus everywhere in China, it's not just this hotel.
The hotel exceeded my expectations and the lady at the recepción desk totally went beyond the call of duty helping me! I am so grateful! I won't forget. Thank you SO much!

Yulia.小妍Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower.
Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel.
Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!

The room is very spacious. The bedsheet, quilt cover and towels are clean. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the back of the main road with a quiet environment. It is so convenient that some street shops are next to the hotel.

Pengguna TetamuThe owner is super friendly even though she cannot speak English and I cannot speak Chinese. Once she understands what we want, she will try her best to serve. One member in our group was sick and the owner is very kind to give us ginger and honey when we ask.
The room is clean and quite large for two people. It's totally enough for our group's simple style.
The only disadvantage is it's not near the downtown and may take your time to find out if you do not speak Chinese. But overall for us the experience was still great because we enjoy riding electric bicycle around.

Dutchie8$728Good budget option close to the border and in ”downtown” Hekou. Nothing fancy, but room is spacious, beds are comfy and there's wifi, a tv and a kettle. Drinking water free. Downsides are that it's hard to find the hotel (not an obvious hotel reception), squatting toilet only, and no working light in the bathroom.

Pengguna TetamuClose to the border & many cafés, nice host. Unfortunately, our room was dirty. Amongst others there was a bunch of wet hair placed on the sink. Also, don't really get why there's a photo of a naked woman in the bathroom.
