Love that the hotel is a tea house with accommodation. The deco of the room and the whole space relaxes the guests and there is the fragrance of tea. Do sign up for the tea appreciation session with tea master Wang. It was a very pleasant chat over tea. Great way to warm up to Inner Mongolia. The location is only 10min walk to Sai Shang street for night market. Very convenient!

Extremely new hotel, clean and modern design and huge rooms. I enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside is the location which is not close to subway. So i usually take taxi which accounts for the biggest part of spending other than flight and hotel. The easiest and cheapest way is to take taxi to the Wanda mall which is 7 min taxi away and take subway from there. Other than this everything is good.

Surrounding with few hospital ... And have many local restaurants around here... ..same street with the mosque and 大召寺, it take 3 minute drive. Will come back here again .. Hotel look like new renovation ... Ok so far so good

Conveniently located. 5 mins walk to mrt station and a row of good restaurant just outside mrt station. Great city view. I love the the city and people here. Will be back. Downside, my room smells like cigarette smoke. I’m sure if I request to change the room, they would but I was too tired too. Service staffs are very warm and friendly.

We went there to make our inner-Mongolia visit special. It was a good choice. The location was a bit too far from everywhere but it was nice to feel the vast plain. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet with inner-Mongolian themed food was very nice. Don't miss the breakfast if you go there. On the first floor, there's a photo shooting service you can use. It would definitely be a good memory if I do it but it was a bit pricey.

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. cheap, simple, clean apartment. There is only room cleaning service available. but reception is very helpful and kind hearted she helped a lot.

The room was somewhat small; however, as I was visiting for a business trip, it met my needs and provided a comfortable stay. The location was ideal and made getting around very easy.
